This situation will be addressed in my federal RICO suit because Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory appear to be involved in some way with the targeting and slandering of Paulette Brandt and threats over her apartment. It is extremely damning and this is how they function. As Machat noted - they are evil liars. Machat also referred to Kory personally as "Satan."
One final point re. the email I just sent you in response to the Criminal Stalker's latest insanity re. "Robert Kory" and the Grifter. The Grifter is the individual who absolutely began slandering me. I have witnesses to this matter. The Criminal Stalker is lying and slandering people. The case the Grifter is involved with is a California case - NOT New York as the Stalker alleged in his latest slanderous and harassing email. Von Watteville has already been sanctioned in this case and failed to serve defendants. It does appear to be a shakedown of an estate. The man's daughters would know better than I.
Phil Spector should definitely investigate this targeting of Paulette; the slander; threats; Robert Kory's involvement; and the Stalker's representation of Karina VW. Tomorrow I will go through all my emails, compile one document with the handful of cease and desist letters re. her lies and slander, and go through my entire blog to prove that the Criminal Stalker is lying about how this unfolded. The woman told the first mediator about Robert Kory. She raised Leonard Cohen with the mediator yesterday. She was screaming in the hallway and someone commented on her demeanor in the hallway vs. her demeanor in the courtroom. People do pay attention and this woman was unhinged.

I think I have more than enough evidence that the Criminal Stalker and the Grifter are harassing me over the Small Claims matter. The Criminal Stalker wrote me about the hearing on the 15th. I was unaware of it. He is now lying and I can prove that he is.
