IRS,
I have a proposition. If you have cleared Leonard Cohen of all wrong-doing and decided that 1) he didn't have to declare the Sony sale income on the 2001 TH tax returns; 2) was permitted to extinguished my promissory note from the 2002 TH tax returns; 3) was permitted to extinguished the annuity obligation from the 2003 tax returns; 4) he can willfully disregard all corporate records and agreements, stock units, etc.; 5) he doesn't have to repay the nearly $6.7 million in loans (or expenditures) he took from TH; etc. then hit reply all and confirm that. And please explain, at the same time, how Cohen and his tax lawyer secretly rectified a mistake about my ownership interest without my participation and why filing fraudulent tax returns is acceptable.
I never handled tax matters and Cohen's Objections document is very clear that I have no expertise to even discuss tax matters, tax fraud, etc. That's because it happens to be the case and I wrote Cohen and Westin (and others) about this many times. I also wrote that I didn't handle corporate records, tax documents; loan documents; accounting; legal matters - because I didn't. Cohen and Westin acknowledged receipt of those email discussions the three of us (and others) had.
You won't however be able to sign off on the fraud tax refunds. I have challenged them and am about to file a federal lawsuit over that - and many other issues. These issues have not been litigated so res judicata will not apply. Furthermore, I was NOT served Cohen's lawsuit and LA Superior Court did not have a right to utter my name from my perspective and expose me to the insanity I am now dealing with. That includes the insanity with the City Attorney and the criminal stalkers.
Finally, if you would confirm that IRS believes Cohen does NOT have to provide me with IRS required tax information for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006 (or thereafter - but the "judgment" evidently covers periods from May 2006 onwards), do confirm that as well.
This shouldn't cause any privacy concerns for anyone - Cohen and Kory testified about some of these matters; presented the City Attorney with an "IRS Binder," and Gianelli is writing people and slandering me by saying IRS cleared Cohen. There is no evidence [to support] that allegation. And none of these parties speak for IRS. This seems like a reasonable approach. If criminal tax fraud is cool with IRS - sobeit. Who am I to argue?
All the best,
Kelley
