Hello IRS,

I have evidence proving Leonard Cohen offered me 50% community property and witnesses.  I am the individual who refused to enter into a settlement with this individual and would like an investigation into why Kory wrote Agent Tejeda that I was attempting to extort a civil settlement by using Agent Sopko's email advising me to report the allegations that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud to IRS.

If Judge Hess refuses to explain the judgment vis a vis IRS reporting requirements (including with respect to the years 2004 and 2005) that will be litigated in federal court.

The Stalker Proxy continues to criminally harass me and others.
