Just a note to let you know 1) the Proxy Stalker continues to criminally harass me and others over Cohen; and 2) I am preparing a statement for the IRS and FTB, that will be attached to my 2004 and 2005 returns, explaining what in the complaint is a fraudulent misrepresentation. That would actually be the entire complaint. It is not supported by the evidence. I have also requested a transcript of my 2001, 2002, and 2003 returns now. I want LA Superior Court to explain why I appear on tax returns related to these entities for so many years. Once Hess rules (probably in Cohen's favor as he's a celebrity with paid witness lawyers now), I will move onto federal court and address issues that were not litigated. For instance, the federal tax returns filed, willful disregard of all corporate books and records, refusal to provide me with IRS required documents, Cohen's refusal to repay his loans/expenditures totaling approximately $6.7 million; etc. I'll also attach this statement to my motion. I want Hess to understand the mess LA Superior Court has created re. federal tax matters over which they have no jurisdiction.
Based on the evidence, I must say that the complaint is really quite deranged.
