IRS,
I want your opinion on whether Cohen lied when he falsely alleged that I "failed" to file my tax returns. Why was that an issue in the March 23, 2012 hearing? I have another question. Cohen alleged certain amounts in the Complaint. What happens if the assets are worth millions more than those amounts? Did LA Superior Court grant Cohen a bonus? I want Judge Hess to explain that judgment and I will ask for a judicial determination because I do not understand the judgment and the assets that I don't own, according to LA Superior Court, were not valued. Why is that legal? I am also being criminally harassed by The Proxy Lawyer over federal and state tax matters. Why was the Stalker writing IRS and FTB about my tax matters? I do not know the man. I would like an investigation into his distribution list.
Do you think the motive here is to prevent me from filing these returns? I do.
