I STILL NEED TO SEND OUT THE MOTION. THE FEE WAIVER WAS ACCEPTED. THE
COURT HAD ME PUT ON THE COVER PAGE TBD or to be determined because a new
judge will have to be assigned to the case.
We must wait four to six weeks for the new assignment.
