To the DOJ,
I have decided to vacate my appeal. I have never seen such insanity in my life. The lies are excessive and those include the lies told by prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter who seems to think it is acceptable to retaliate against me during the appeal process. I think that's a very serious issue. Furthermore, my attorney and I are correct - this is an IRS case. I am uninterested in engaging in illegal discovery with respect to Phil Spector. There are now three Leonard Cohen versions of his embellished Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court. The City Attorney continues to conceal one. Of course, I have the email Cohen sent Streeter so she was unsuccessful in her attempts. I do not have the 1099 for 2004. She lied about that. The assets re. TH are in the millions and that includes Cohen's millions in loans that were to be repaid within 3 years at 6 percent interest.
The fraudulent ledger does not prevent Cohen from preparing a proper accounting that addresses corporate ownership interests; assets, liabilities and equity. This man felt comfortable moving to this country; defrauding the U.S. and state governments; and now thinks it is acceptable to lie in every legal matter he is involved with. He feels absolutely comfortable stealing from me, Phil Spector, Steven and Marty Machat, etc. The man's greed is inconceivable.
To then have to hear this man thinks we were in a dating relationship is psychotic. He doesn't know how long it lasted. Doesn't know when it ended. Well, he has serious psychiatric problems if he thinks we were in a dating relationship.
He has no respect for the Department of Justice either. His cute little comment about my signing my emails "Love, Kelley" was and remains pathetic although I do have great respect for the Department of Justice.
Hopefully, Francisco will prepare a Motion that addresses the reasons I am abandoning this appeal. My roommate is correct - my declaration at this time is superfluous to the matter at hand.
I do hope you enjoyed reading Susan Schmitter's substandard legal document that reads more like LA Confidential Meets Dark Shadows than a serious legal analysis. Truly pathetic. No wonder they have to threaten people and retaliate against them.
