NOTE:  Bob Dylan is a friend of Phil Spector’s and I wrote him because he helped save Hurricane Carter.  I know Paul Shaffer personally through Phil Spector.  He is a close friend of Phillip’s and Cohen and I did bump into Paul at the Juno Awards.  In fact, Paul told Phillip that I was pregnant with Ray and Phillip repeated this in front of me and Cohen’s daughter, Lorca Cohen, who Cohen encouraged to visit Phillip (with me) at the Bel Air Hotel after Ray’s birth.  Cohen also encouraged me to have dinner with Phillip after the Clarkson incident which I did.  He told me Phillip needed a friend.  Cohen can’t live in Canada because he has residence/tax issues there.  He told me he obtained a new green card (a couple of years after abandoning his green card following Marty Machat’s death) due to the fact that Canada Revenue asks where you filed your prior returns while the IRS does not.  This all relates to his off-shore accounts; badges of residency in Canada; paying non-resident taxes in the U.S. while holding a U.S. green card; the 1977 tax memo he received advising him that he didn’t have to pay taxes where he has residences (the U.S., Canada, and Greece) but cautioning him not to have a U.S. green card.  Probably his numerous social security numbers that his accountant helped resolved after Marty Machat’s death.
