Hailey, Let me ask you a question Sharmapa asked Mick Brown after Brown wrote a slanderous, incendiary, horrendous book about the 17th Karmapa and made unbelievable accusations about the Sharmapa.  What are your journalistic ethics?  I, as Sharmapa noted, am the subject of your story and you could not be bothered to ask me personally for my side of the story. The Aryan Nation matter relates to the Dallas FBI.  Not me.  If you want further details, pick up the phone and call the Dallas FBI.  Ask them directly if they think their investigation into the Aryan Nation, meth labs, and my young friend's uncle has anything - whatsoever - to do with Leonard Cohen.  Cohen believes it does.  Hailey, do you understand Leonard Cohen's 40-50 period of drug abuse and alcohol abuse?  Do you understand that he is telling the truth when he says he has serious psychiatric problems?  The man could NOT stop lying on the stand.  I am neither insane nor alcoholic.  Leonard Cohen is steadfastly refusing to provide me with information I need to file my federal and state tax returns.  He has steadfastly refused to pay me the millions he owes me.  Therefore, Leonard Cohen - who cannot live in Canada - must lie about me.  He frequently lies and says that people like Ann Diamond (a journalist he brutally targeted and falsely accused of many things) and Barrie Wexler stalk him.  They don't. Some of his creepy fans showed up at my house at midnight on a handful of occasions. Leonard Cohen is an insufferable ego maniac.  He is the alter ego of all these fraudulent companies.  He used me shamelessly.  He is a shrewd and greedy business man.  He wasn't in retreat for five years. He's a master manipulator.  And, he's lying about Phil Spector. That's part of the reason I went to Bruce Cutler who can rot in hell for all I care.  Trust me, Bruce Cutler will never hear from me again in this lifetime.  I feel sorry that Phil Spector was represented by him and now view Bruce Cutler as a liar.  He's not saving Phil Spector.  Dennis Riordan and his colleagues are attempting to save Phil Spector's life.  Anyway, he's more suited to high profile Crime Family Leaders and that crowd. Detective Viramontes, who appears to be a dishonest man who fell for Cohen, is shameless.  He and LAPD are now standing between me and my federal tax return.  The man is now seemingly obsessed with Agent Tejeda/IRS.  Why the judge - who is shameless and proves that wealthy celebrities are celebrated in his courtroom - refused to permit Agent Tejeda to take the stand is inconceivably deranged.  Why wouldn't the judge permit my lawyers to argue that the order was invalid.  It is and I wasn't served.  My appellate attorney immediately understood that I had to be served and, from what I can tell, law enforcement (in other words, Viramontes) had an obligation to contact me.  He told me he attempted to do so and then moved into some garbage about Berkeley PD.  I have no further interest in talking to Viramontes.  Agent Tejeda can talk to him if he sees fit.  A detective from LAPD has called the head of a fraud group at the IRS in LA to ask them to speed up their investigation so I won't have to contact Cohen for my tax information again.  Does this sound like lunacy, Hailey?  As I told Viramontes - I know:  everyone in America would have sent Cohen thank you notes and flowers. I was in disbelief sitting there.  I would like to note, at this point, that the prosecutor asked him questions about being Jewish although he was Buddhist for the entire 20 years I knew him and I never once saw him go to anything even faintly resembling a temple. When he became friendly with Leon Wieseltier, and some others, he began having Friday evening dinners.  This happened sometime in 2003 and 2004.  Leonard Cohen testified that the Aryan Nation matter related to him.  That is a bald-faced lie.  I intend to post this on my blog because the lies here are extraordinary.  I did indeed meet members of the Aryan Nation while homeless in LA.  They are not my typical ilk of friend but some of them helped protect me and I appreciate that.  It's very dangerous for a single woman to end up homeless in Santa Monica.  At that time, I met my young friend Michael.  He told me about his family's history with the Aryan Nation, Cartel, and meth labs - in Dallas.  He told me a horrifying story involving an incident in Texas that I believe involved the FBI. Sometime much later, while in Boulder, Michael and I began speaking on the phone.  He views me as a mother figure and I was hoping he would stay on the straight and narrow.  His family asked him to pick up his former job as family meth cook and fortunately he did not. In one of these conversations, Michael mentioned that the FBI was holding his younger brother's ID.  He told me the FBI was investigating his dangerous and deranged uncle for his possible involvement in a murder in Dallas.  He also told me the FBI was curious about meth labs.  And, he told me he felt his uncle would murder both him and his younger brother, who I also spoke with.  Since I am NOT an FBI agent, I can assure you that I did NOT want to hear this information.  I also heard other information and initially decided to call the Denver FBI.  I don't think the Duty Agent there was aware of the issue with Michael, his family, and the Dallas FBI. I, therefore, decided to contact the DOJ (with Michael copied in) to report the fact that Michael was afraid his uncle would murder both him and his brother. As for drugs, google Leonard Cohen and drugs.  Visit Dr. Heck Of A Guy's site for a list of the pharmaceuticals this man has used.  He likes to plunge.  He has used meth, heroin, LSD, downers, you name it and yet he has the audacity to take the stand and testify that he thought I was attempting to assail his reputation.  Leonard Cohen's decision to abuse drugs and alcohol is not my attempt to assail him or his family. This relationship did NOT get messy.  Leonard Cohen heard - in October 2004 - that I had made a decision to report his tax fraud to the IRS. I had my suspicions for a number of years and my lawyers were clear - the facts indicate very clearly that I did everything to attempt to find out what was going on.  The fact that Hailey, and her fellow journalists, have given Cohen a Get Out Of Jail Free Card is appalling.  Leonard Cohen cannot live in Canada.  He has tax and residence issues there. I have made NO DEATH THREATS whatsoever - not to Leonard Cohen and not to Steve Cooley, two insufferable ego maniacs who like to throw their power and weight around and rough up innocent women.  Leonard Cohen, after being interviewed by Mikal Gilmore, TOLD me that he would like to die by firing squad.  I noted that he should.  Do I have a firing squad?  I said the District Lunatic, if it COULD be proven that he set up an innocent man who was given life in prison and he is 73 years of age (Phil Spector) should receive the gravest penalty of all:  the death sentence.  Captain Jack Horvath evidently can collect a paycheck but he cannot read. As for Detective Viramontes - I intend to speak to my attorney about a potential lawsuit against this man.  He told me, pleading Cohen's case, that Leonard Cohen doesn't know I'm just a woman sitting behind a computer.  Yes he does.  I know Leonard Cohen.  Viramontes is making it up as he goes along.  And, trust me, I had to be served or notified of the California order.  In fact, it seems as though Viramontes himself (or law enforcement) were obligated to contact me and give me reasonable notice that it existed in California.  That never happened and I doubt that man tried to contact me.  What's his excuse?  He didn't have my email address?  His obsession with the IRS is preposterous.  I asked him if he thought penalties and interest in the vicinity of $30 million (as of 2004) on three Cohen entities was enough for Cohen to destroy my life.  I think Viramonte is a disgrace to mankind. I have no idea what an "intent to annoy" is but, if necessary, this issue is going to the U.S. Supreme Court. Check out the post from Denise below.  I don't know a Denise and didn't send her emails.  I am not homeless.  I do not have a drinking problem.  I'm not in a rage.  I am truly irritated that I have to review the lies told at trial for the appellate attorney but I've dealt with much worse.  I still can't file my federal or state tax returns but I don't owe the IRS or State money so I am putting this on a back burner.  If the State garnishes my wages again, I will deal with it again.  This situation is sheer lunacy.  I asked the so-called detective why he felt I had to contact Cohen so frequently.  He had no answer and that's when he decided to call Agent Tejeda to ask him to speed up whatever he's planning so I can expeditiously deal with all of this and advised me that the IRS must obtain the information from Leonard Cohen.  Viramontes told me in no uncertain terms that I am NOT permitted to request the tax and financial data I need and I explained some of the complications involved.  So, LAPD is now preventing me from filing my tax returns.  This is a very serious IRS matter - as are the actions of Judge Robert Vanderet, Deputy City Attorney Sandra Jo Streeter, District Attorney Steve Cooley, Deputy District Attorney Alan Jackson, Captain Jack Horvath and others.,  They have attempted to sabotage the IRS.  It relates to Phil Spector.  And, it is sickening. Your articles are absurd. If Leonard Cohen thinks of me every time he

hears a car, it's because Leonard Cohen has a lifelong history of drug

abuse. I didn't ruin his reputation with that assertion - he did when

he engaged in drugs for years and years. I have not gone near Leonard

Cohen in years. He is a liar, fraud, and thief and he has also stolen

millions from Steven Machat. I've copied Steven in on this email so

feel free to confirm that with him. Steven and I believe he has also

stolen Phil Spector's masters and sold them to Sony.

For the record, Cohen told me for 20 years that Phil Spector never

held a gun on him. By trial was reminiscent of Phil Spector's murder

trial and Streeter clearly attempted to keep Cohen credible and she

participated in an all out attempt to sabotage an IRS matter. The

woman is a pathetic liar. I think she continually mentioned Steve

Cooley and Alan Jackson because she wanted to toss them a bone.

Captain Jack Horvath, DA's Investigation Bureau, also lies. He wrote

to Vanderet and lied about me.

Phil Spector is innocent. Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud

and destroyed my life. For the record, we were intimately involved

for a period of 20 years. I wasn't his "lover" however because I'm

not interested in "Europeanizing" myself. Cohen is. The LA Times

remains shameless in its reporting.

I do hope Special Agent Wynar was able to figure out what Investigator

William Frayeh did - that Jihad Gianelli is a "shady character" who

may have found a sympathetic ear with Phil Spector prosecutor, Alan

Jackson, about me. Interesting concept.

I just read Cohen's pathetic victim statement to someone. I'm

surprised he didn't refer to the judge as collegiate. Stephen

Gianelli continues to go the mile for Cohen - whose representatives he

was in contact with as far back as 2009, perhaps prior to his highly

slanderous, entirely fraudulent article about me and the full-blown,

exceedingly coordinated cyber-terrorism attack on me, my friends, and

others. He even went so far as to call The Scientist and lied to him

about me. Gianelli took the opportunity to post Cohen's victim

statement.

Leonard Cohen raises IRS issues in this statement. He has publicly,

in a court of law, accused me of neglecting to pay taxes on monies he

fraudulently accused me of misappropriating or stealing - although, he

told MacLean's that he wasn't accusing me of theft and the reason he

filed his retaliatory lawsuit against me had to do with his massive

tax hit. I cannot believe this man had the audacity to file for a

refund with the IRS and received nearly $700,000.00. This man cannot,

as he well knows, live in Canada because he has residence and tax

issues there. He is not a U.S. citizen. His arrogance is astounding.

I misappropriated nothing. I have supplied the IRS with tremendous

evidence. I have given the IRS my email passwords so they could

review all emails between me, Cohen, his advisers, and others, and

make an independent determination of what has occurred. I was NOT

Leonard Cohen's business manager. I was NOT Leonard Cohen's financial

adviser.

For the record, Leonard Cohen is the alter ego of these sham/shell

companies created for his benefit. I was merely defrauded and used as

a pawn - unconscionably so. Actually, let me restate that - Leonard

Cohen is an EGO MANIAC. Hailey Branson's articles are absurd. The

matter between me and Leonard Cohen is an IRS matter although the FBI

should must definitely investigate the criminal witness and evidence

tampering - including as it relates to Jihad Stephen Gianelli.

I have indeed left a message with Sergeant Albanese of the Beverly

Hills Police Department. I am doing research for my book and want to

shed light on the role law enforcement is willing to play when a

fraudulent celebrity has committed deadly serious criminal tax fraud

and decides to destroy an innocent women and her children.

Leonard Cohen even admitted to perjury on the stand. His excuse for

it was, however, utterly contemptable. And yet, he thanks the court.

The LA Times, it seems, cannot get a story strraight - take a look at

the role they played in the Phil Spector set up. Fortunately, David

Mamet is brililant and understands that Phillip was railroaded. He is

NOT alone.,

Potentially affecting verdicts and pleas in thousands of cases over the past decade, the suit, filed on behalf of local defense attorney Jeffrey Douglas, calls for immediate cessation of these practices undermining the conduct of fair trials in Los Angeles County. NOTE:  Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli has relentlessly targeted me, members of my family, friends, business associates, and ex-husbands.  He aligned himself with Leonard Cohen and his representatives - in approximately May/June 2009 - and Investigator William Frayeh/DA's office advised me that he feels he is a "shady character" who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me.  I have now received 3 separate legal opinions on the court order with respect to probation requirements.  This advice was given by three seperate public defenders who are representing me - and two of them are in writing.  One does not indicate anything having to do with mental health requirements.  The order I reviewed, at the July 17th hearing, with my public defender did not indicate a mental health evaluation.  I have a separate copy of the order - delivered by the Bailiff - that has an item crossed off.  LASD's legal department evidently has an entirely different interpretation of the requirements of this order.  The probation requirements and sentence will be addressed on appeal.  I don't believe I have a long standing relationship with Bruce Cutler but no for a facxt that Sandra Jo Streeter, prosecutor, lied through her teeth to jurors and concealed evidence from the jurors.  I have filed a complaint against her with a Supervisor at the eCity Attorney's Office and have advised both my appellate attorney and public defender that the obsession with me and this matter (by Jihad Gianelli and others - who appear to have motive) should be brought to the attention of the judge.  The official transcript does not actually replace the orders I was handed which are the precise orders my public defender reviewed with me.  Therefore, this is constitutionally vague and I have evidence that there are a variety of legal opinions on this issue.  The fact that Agent Tejeda/IRS and Doug Davis/FTB were not permitted to take the witness stand to impeach the testimony of Cohen, Kory, and Rice will also be addressed on appeal.  My attorney has now filed for an extension of the appeal.  No one should go to the bank with their theory that I will violate probation.  That's a bald-faced lie and slander being advanced by at least one individual with motive.  That would be the individual I have asked the IRS and FBI to investigate with respect to harassment, stalking, criminal witness tampering, etc.  And then there are issues with this man that I believe relate to an attempt to infiltrate Phil Spector's defense and determine what the IRS has in mind with respect to Leonard Cohen.  As Agent Tejeda/IRS was meeting with IRS attorneys to discuss what he could testify to - it might include the fact that I reported Cohen's criminal tax fraud to the IRS and whether or not the refund Cohen said closed the case (re. the allegations I brought to the IRS) is factual.  It would be impossible for the IRS to close the case on issues that relate to me - such as the illegal and criminal K1s Cohen transmitted to the IRS (as sole owner of LC Investments, LLC and someone with an "imprecise" understanding of K1s) fraudulently making me a partner on LC Investments, LLC, illegally using my social security number, etc.  And then there's the refund of approximately $700,000.  I have advised Agent Tejeda/IRS and the IRS Commissioner's Staff that I discovered this at trial (Kory lied - extensively - including about my finding Agent Sopko after I saw an ad ... Agent Bill Betzer could impeach that testimony) that I am challenging Cohen's refund based on a fraudulent default judgment in a matter I wasn't served.  I have also advised them that Cohen wrongfully and illegally altered my previously filed tax returns based on that default and his bald-faced lies about being the sole beneficial owner of corporate interests of mine.  That means Cohen is the "alter ego" and engaged in self dealing.  Jihad Gianelli remains obsessed with me.  Of course, he doesn't know me at all but has relentlessly targeted me.

To the FBI,

I have now forwarded you, and other parties, the public defenders
overview of my probation requirements - which have all been entirely
fulfilled.  I do not have to submit to a mental health evaluation but
Jihad Gianelli - who contacted Karen Lynch and Rutger Penick after my
so-called sentencing - continues to slander me.  For the record, I
think the FBI should arrest him for criminal witness tampering,
criminal witness intimidation, obstruction of justice, felony
stalking, criminal harassment, etc.

I also think he, and others, have proven the element of CONSPIRACY
which I think is normally difficult to prove.  Hopefully, Special
Agent Wynar was able to see right through this lunatic who wrote that
his dog shits/vomits religious pujas and slandered the 14th Sharmapa.

To the IRS Commissioner's Staff and Mr. Davis,

I phoned Detective Viramontes/LAPD this morning.  I
advised him that Leonard Cohen and his representatives have lied
extensively to LAPD and these lies are contained in LAPD Report
#1107-10476.  In particular, Leonard Cohen has advised LAPD that I
misappropriated approximately $5 million from him.  This, in turn,
creates potential federal and state tax liability for me which would
be fraudulent.  I provided Detective Viramontes with Agent Luis Tejeda
and Agent Kelly Sopko's contact information.  He took a statement from
me and will forward this to both Agent Tejeda and Agent Sopko.
Detective Viramontes said I can then go through the LAPD report, line
by line, with the IRS and FTB which I will do in writing.
