The California Court has ruled that communications with your offices are acceptable. I do not understand why a California Court is involved in a Colorado matter as the California fraud domestic violence order is not the Colorado order. As I have informed you, I intend to file a declaration with Judge Archuleta addressing all the fraud in your legal pleadings as well as the fact that you are representing a deceased client when no estate substitution has been made.
I am preparing to go into federal court and am requesting any and all evidence you have to support your statements that I continued to call and/or email Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and/or Michelle Rice. The Boulder Combined Court advised me that the corporations do not have injunctions. Robert Kory is corporate counsel, registered agent for corporations, and immediately after obtaining the fraudulent Colorado order transmitted that to IRS with respect to a corporate 1099 related to Traditional Holdings.
I have also requested Sandra Jo Streeter to provide me with the evidence you've alleged in the Boulder Combined Court matter. If you refuse to provide this evidence to me, I am advising you not to destroy any evidence. There will be a federal proceeding opened this week.
For some reason, Ms. Streeter is interested in my communications with the Boulder Combined Court and Judge Archuleta. That seems to include my complaint to the Colorado Supreme Court about your transmission of fraudulent domestic violence matters to Colorado, when the Colorado order is not a domestic violence order and California's is, and your representation of a deceased client. Fraud upon the court may be acceptable to Ms. Streeter but it is not acceptable to me.
