Here's where the criminal harassment re. "sandra123@gmail.com" stands. No one is harassing or "pestering" you over discovery. In fact, I've copied Mike Feuer on this email in the event that someone else in the "Family Violence Unit" is handling this so-called case. The prosecutor was clear that the charges re. violation of a restraining order relate to Kory & Rice. Unfortunately, they are not part of either the Cali or Colorado order. Rice confirmed that fact on the stand in the first so-called trial. Stephen Gianelli began harassing me, my sons, sister, brother-in-law, Paulette Brandt, and others when he contacted you in November 2012 and transmitted extensive fraud to your office about me. As of this moment in time, I believe "sandra123@gmail.com" is Stephen Gianelli. He uses fake monikers.
I've asked you for discovery. If someone else in the "Family Violence Unit" is handling the case, pass the request on. As for these particular emails, see the first amendment re. grievances. That does not extend to Stephen Gianelli who is a criminal with motive. He has worked extensively with Kory & Rice. He argues Leonard Cohen's case.
There's one other piece of discovery I am interested in: Kory & Rice have advised the Boulder Combined Court that I phoned Leonard Cohen and their offices after my so-called 2012 trial. I would like that evidence.
Gianelli has been advised that this conduct should cease and desist. I have evidence that Leonard Cohen personally approved of his conduct.
