As some point after she woke up at noon she wrote to the City Attorney (bizarre enough in itself, but were all used to it) to say she "thinks" Geffen would know her because she "dealt with" Dream Works Music once. So there it is - when didn't actually meet him.

A guy like Geffen has meetings scheduled all day every day, board meetings (his board and other corporations) and lots and lots of social activities (mainly charity and fundraising dinners and events). He is all business and does not spend time socially with people who cannot enhance his social standing or business position. As to business meetings, he does not sit with writers or actors. I have forwarded you Linda Carol's email confirming that she did not create this account or send this email with Rice's home address.  I would assume Gianelli created it.  He creates gmx and gmail accounts.  See the 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu, Mongochilli, Marianne I, etc.  Is it a criminal offense to impersonate someone, such as Linda Carol, through a falsified email account? I would assume so.

P. is out of town right now.  However, Chuck Berry has also been here.  P's husband, who was in the Beau Brummells, lived here.  Why is Gianelli interested in my guests and sending around slanderous comments about this apartment when he has never visited?  You can review the Small Claims documents to see what was addressed in there re. Gianelli's client.  No one attempted to extort anything from her.  This is the identical tactic Cohen used.  And, it appears to be a similar situation with respect to KVW advising Christian Slater's father to sue him.  Perhaps that would interest Alan Moyle, an old friend of mine, who directed "Pump Up The Volume."

What is your LEGAL AUTHORITY for the statement that a prayer for monetary relief contained in a civil complaint that is $1.00 or more constitutes the crime of extortion?

Where is the “threat” element for the crime of extortion set forth in Penal Code §§ 518-519?

For a person who not only lacks any legal training but has lost 10 out of the 10 legal motions/petition/proceedings she has been involved in (including the 2009 Colorado motion to vacate and the 2008 criminal tress pass trial) and has been 100% wrong about HER prediction of legal outcomes in her various matters to cite own “knowledge” as legal authority as your reply to my citation of the applicable criminal statute (which is written in plain English) and an on-point California Supreme Court case decided in 2006 is a bit ridiculous, don’t you think?

You cannot define extortion, you cannot explain why your opinion of what extortion is  contrary to the Penal Code definition relied on by California’s highest court, you just “know” that the California Supreme Court is wrong?

And this is the legal compass you are using to navigate the labyrinth of legal and appellate proceedings you are now in the middle of? Ha! No wonder you lose every time you walk into a courtroom!

Why don’t you visit the West Hollywood station to “report a crime” to wit: “extortion” consisting entirely of filing a civil complaint that asks for more than $1.00 in damages and see what you are told?  (When the sergeant on duty stops laughing long enough to speak.) Ha!

Stephen Gianelli communicated with numerous parties the fact that you filed a lawsuit against me, Paulette Brandt, and Linda Carol on March 17, 2016.  He has stated in his harassing emails that the issues relate to documents filed in Paulette Brandt's Small Claims case, Linda Carol's declaration, and may involve an incident related to Robert Kory, Leonard Cohen's lawyer.

As opposed to serving us, you and Stephen Gianelli began sending harassing emails to me and Jules Zalon.  You were advised to cease and desist in all instances.

I have not been served your lawsuit.  I have informed you that I would like to be served as I will be attaching your Complaint to my federal RICO suit.  All communications with you were documented for IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others.  As you should recall, I initially sent you cease and desist emails due to the fact that you were slandering me to, among others, Linda Carol.  All documents filed in the Small Claims suit, as well as Linda Carol's declaration, are protected by the litigation privilege - regardless of the fact that your lawyer at the time, Stephen Gianelli, relentlessly harassed and threatened Linda Carol over her declaration.  

Please maintain copies of all communications between yourself, Robert Kory, and Stephen Gianelli as I intend to subpoena those communications (including emails and text messages) during discovery.

LA Superior Court provides a preview of half the first page of the Complaint online  Therefore, I noticed that you are using a P.O. Box.  The court rules require actual service.  I will be responding with an answer and would like a proper address.  As you should recall, I was present at the Small Claims hearings (and provided a declaration) where you informed the court that you were not served (by the court) due to the fact that the documents were sent to your P.O. Box (which you provided the court).  I would like to avoid this type of situation.  

Once again, I have not been served and no one has attempted to serve anything at my address.
