I wrote the City Attorney - not you - that Ms. Brandt is out of town.  What is your interest in Paulette Brandt?  You do not know her; began harassing her once I posted the comments of Phil Spector's (Clarkson advising him "this is what I can do to your cock" prior to shooting herself), and you have relentlessly harassed her over Leonard Cohen, IRS, federal tax matters, etc.  You also, after KVW spoke with Robert Kory, represented KVW in defrauding Paulette Brandt of rental arrears.

I wasn't REDACTED (SLANDER) last night and you have no evidence to prove otherwise.  I was and remain disturbed by your relentlessly harassment and that includes your and KVW's harassment of me over her baseless lawsuit, which I have not been served, and then harassment of me and Jules Zalon, a man you do not know and a very dear friend of mine.

Rutger never threw me out.  Douglas Penick, my ex-husband who you do not know, did not arrange for me to visit Ft. Lauderdale.  I did not take a bus.  You then hunted down Richard Dallett, lied about him, and relentlessly harassed and stalked Eric Salter and many others - including Rachel Faro, a woman I've known since I was a teenager.  Rutger didn't "technically" move to get rid of me liar and he has referred to you and Rice as two fruitcakes and addressed some of your harassment in his declaration - as has Ray.  You terrorized my sons for over six years.  You continued even after Ray wrote to inform you that your emails made him physically ill and Rutger advised you to "shut up."



These declarations were signed personally by my sons, under the oath of perjury, and submitted to courts.  You have written and lied that I forged their signatures.  

Yes, your communications with "Beverly" should be investigated.  I believe that.  You don't know me or Beverly so your obsession is, as always, deranged.  You also are a pathological liar so don't bother quoting me to myself or putting words in my mouth.  You create monikers, send harassing emails under those names, probably sent the fraud email from a Linda Carol (FAKE GMX) email account with Rice's information, and are no doubt "Kelly Green" with whom you engage in dialogues with yourself and who "HATES" Bruce Cutler.

The person here who belongs in a locked facility is you - a prison.

P. is out of town right now.  However, Chuck Berry has also been here.  P's husband, who was in the Beau Brummells, lived here.  Why is Gianelli interested in my guests and sending around slanderous comments about this apartment when he has never visited?  You can review the Small Claims documents to see what was addressed in there re. Gianelli's client.  No one attempted to extort anything from her.  This is the identical tactic Cohen used.  And, it appears to be a similar situation with respect to KVW advising Christian Slater's father to sue him.  Perhaps that would interest Alan Moyle, an old friend of mine, who directed "Pump Up The Volume."

Stephen Gianelli is out of control.  Many Los Angeles residents are being stalked, harassed, etc.  Is LAPD's TMU aware of this fact?  They are stalking and harassment experts.  Jules Zalon doesn't want to be disturbed by Gianelli and KVW's harassing emails.  What does the City intend to do about this situation?

Is Stephen Gianelli interested in David Geffen?  Well, Mr. Geffen should take that seriously.  Gianelli wrote the "bloody stump" email horrendously slandering Oliver Stone and me.  He creates those monikers such as the 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu, Kelly Green, Mongochili, Marianne I.  He uses gmx accounts.  Linda Carol did not send me an email from a Linda Carol gmx account with Michelle Rice's address.  This is how Gianelli operates.

I have forwarded you every criminally harassing email from this man.  This week he slandered Dr. Dre, harassed Jules Zalon with his client (KVW), and now wants information about David Geffen?  This situation is completely out of control.

I have advised this man to cease and desist.
