I find it rather offensive that you view Gianelli's utter
obsession with me, and my discussion of a guest, amusing. It is not
Gianelli's business to attempt to determine if David Geffen was here with me
last night. I also find it deeply disturbing that this man tracks what
time I am awake (he wrote that David Geffen was here at 2 AM), comments on my
taste in music ("Hail Mary"), and has just written you that I woke up
at some point after noon. Stephen Gianelli does not know me. This
is not only extremely disturbing harassment and stalking but a blatant invasion
of privacy. I didn't write that Chuck Berry was my guest. I wrote
that individuals such as Phil Spector, Dr. John, Roman Polanski, Clint Eastwood,
Cory Wells, David Soul, and George Peppard have visited Paulette Brandt in this
apartment. In fact, Gianelli began harassing Paulette Brandt the moment
he read her comments to me about one of Phil Spector's last visits here:
at that time he advised Paulette Brandt that Clarkson told him "this
is what I can do to your cock." Gianelli began his campaign of
harassment, slander, and intimidation with Paulette Brandt at that time.
He has now relentlessly harassed her with emails about Leonard Cohen, Cohen's
legal issues with me and his defense of them, IRS and federal tax
controversies, etc. Also, Karina Von Watteville.
I don't know if Elvis ever visited but I do know Doc Pomus a
close friend of Phillip's, who wrote songs for Elvis Presley. I also knew
Bob Johnston who worked with Elvis and many others. According to a letter
I have from Marty Machat, he, Cohen, and Bob Johnston owned Stranger Music,
Inc. That is why Steven Machat has publicly stated that Leonard Cohen
stole from him and his father.
I wrote the City Attorney because Gianelli wrote me a disturbing
email about the David Geffen visit, my preference in music, and asked if the
City Attorney felt Gianelli might prefer the Bach Inventions while harassing
me. I dealt with Dreamworks extensively and Gianelli does not know me at
all. Phil Spector introduced David Geffen to Cher. I didn't say I
think Geffen knows me, I said Geffen visited. How would Gianelli know
what "a guy like Geffen" has all day, every day? I see.
David Geffen, according to my stalker, mainly is involved in "charity and
fundraising dinners and events." How does Gianelli know this and why
did he write earlier that David Geffen is worth approximately $7 billion.
What is his interest in David Geffen, his net worth, or what he does? The
man that probably wrote the "bloody stump email" horrendously
slandering me and Oliver Stone, Gianelli who creates these monikers, has the
audacity to write me that David Geffen "does not spend time socially with
people who cannot enhance his social standing or business position," he
does not "sit with writers or actors - others do that for him, way down
the chain of command." I see Gianelli wants to know what David
Geffen and I were potentially discussing. It's none of my stalker's
business.
How would Gianelli know when, how, where, why, how I met David
Geffen? He does not know me.
This man has relentlessly been advised to cease and desist.

point after she woke up at noon she wrote to the City Attorney (bizarre enough
in itself, but were all used to it) to say she "thinks" Geffen would
know her because she "dealt with" Dream Works Music once. So there it
is - when didn't actually meet him.
A guy
like Geffen has meetings scheduled all day every day, board meetings (his board
and other corporations) and lots and lots of social activities (mainly charity
and fundraising dinners and events). He is all business and does not spend time
socially with people who cannot enhance his social standing or business
position. As to business meetings, he does not sit with writers or actors.
Others do that for him, way down the chain of command.
