I'm attaching the Answer to KVW's Complaint. Please see the caption. My contact information is listed and the Court confirmed that this Answer was filed in May 2016.
I have not violated any order. I haven't cyber-stalked KVW. I've advised her to cease and desist, this is all documented, and she and Gianelli have harassed me through their electronic communications.
If you have any questions about my answers or the information KVW is attempting to insert into her baseless lawsuit, please feel free to hit reply all and ask whatever you see fit. That includes with respect to Leonard Cohen's fraudulent domestic violence order that is under appeal; Cohen's fraudulent default judgment that is under appeal; and Bruce Cutler. In fact, with respect to Bruce Cutler, I think we should keep Phil Spector in the loop. His case is also under appeal. KVW is also interested in the Killer King matter. That file does not belong to me. I've asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate and have notified the City/County that I am suing over these issues. See attached. KVW will not be engaging in illegal discovery about matters that do not concern her or the entirely fraudulent Killer King file.
I will be issuing a subpoena to LAPD's TMU.
