IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I have documented today's outrageous harassment, public attacks, and attempts to elicit information about Leonard Cohen for you.  Leonard Cohen should discuss his own long and publicly documented history of drug and alcohol abuse.  I never had any such issues.  They are attempting to elicit information about King Drew, Phil Spector, Ray's coordinated custody matter, IRS and federal tax matters, etc.  I want the IRS on the stand in the Von Watteville matter, and elsewhere, explaining to jurors that the City Attorney lied about these issues to the jurors.  I also think IRS should explain on the stand why the City Attorney concealed evidence, such as the April 18, 2011 email to IRS Commissions's Staff and requests for tax information, in order to elicit perjured testimony from Cohen.  He testified that he was a recipient on the April 18, 2011 email.  He was not.  This is how the City Attorney elicited testimony about Phil Spector and do not forget that Cooley and Cohen were publicly aligned at this point.  The fraud domestic violence order is presently under appeal but an investigation is warranted and VAWA funding should be audited.  Leonard Cohen and I were never in a dating relationship.  Sexual harassment, indecent exposure, and other outrageous conduct is not "dating" and only a pervert would believe otherwise.  

Stephen Gianelli is on this 24/7 and it's about Leonard Cohen, legal issues related to him, and all the fraud, perjury, etc. used to obtain the fraud judgment.  This situation is far from over and all appeals are headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.  For the record, this is precisely how Leonard Cohen operates.  His lawyers will do and say anything.  I think that is abundantly clear.  That would include encouraging Gianelli to harass me, advising him to bcc them, and lying about every matter before this court system.

Over the course of the last two episodes I've gained a lot of respect for Kelly Lynch and completely understand why she wouldn't want to make amends with Leonard Cohen. This has been an exceedingly interesting topic and it's been a pleasure working with you on this first season!

I doubt Seth is saying that at all.. Neither Seth, you or I know Leonard Cohen personally & there are good & bad aspects about most of us human beings.. Admitting our faults & righting our wrongs is all part of the forgiveness process. If a wrong has been committed here then a lot could be gained by attempting to right that wrong and accepting responsibilities for mistakes made. We are simply addressing the balance in a story that Leonard was able to have the upper hand on due to his fame and influence. Leonard is welcome to weigh in on this story but without hiding behind poetry, fame or fan support.

Scott, I would like to point out that the default judgment Cohen obtained, which is being challenged and the renewal of which is under appeal, is based solely on Leonard Cohen's fabricated allegations. I completely disagree that Leonard Cohen is a genuine or compassionate person, happen to know him well, and believe his actions towards me and my family members speak for themselves. Christine Holloway has written me personally to explain that she is Cohen's fan and does not know him. It's truly intriguing that people, who have no handle on the evidence and do not know the parties involved, feel comfortable drawing certain conclusions. It is also relevant to note that Cohen has intentionally inserted slanderous statements about me into his news accounts. I personally think Leonard Cohen is incapable of righting a wrong, accepting responsibility for anything, or addressing this matter truthfully. That is my personal opinion. Cohen has an army of professionals representing him in the various legal matters that involve me and are before the Appellate Court in Los Angeles. In fact, he has had more attorneys representing him in these matters than Phil Spector had throughout his so-called murder trial. Clearly, Cohen doesn't view any of this as frivolous and believes the stakes are high. In any event, I think it's rather elementary to view this in terms of good/bad although the fact that Cohen willfully bankrupted me, withheld commissions due me, wrongfully converted my property to himself, and feels entitled to behave in the manner in which he has does go to his character. Scott, I don't think it fair to accuse Leonard Cohen of "hiding behind his fans" just because he has not posted a comment here about a court matter that was fully and finally resolved when judgment was entered in May of 2006. A more accurate way of putting would be that he has moved on. As for Lynch's claim that the judgment is the subject of a pending appeal, not so at all. The time to appeal the 2006 judgment expired 90 days after it was entered. Thereafter, even though Lynch was emailing Cohen night and day since 2005 about the lawsuit, she waited until 2013 (seven years) to make a motion in court to set the judgment aside. That motion was denied on January 17, 2014 and Lynch did not appeal it. Lynch then filed a second motion to set aside the judgment in 2015, that was denied that same year. THAT order is on appeal, but is going nowhere,  just as her appeal from her 2012 criminal conviction was denied, her 2015 tax court petition was dismissed, her 2016 appeal of the order dismissing the tax court petition was dismissed as "frivolous" by the court of appeal in 2016, and her "federal court RICO" suit - that was over 300 pages long and recycled every allegation she ever made against Cohen, was dismissed in three weeks later as "legally and factually frivolous". Kelley Lynch was fired for theft in 2004, twelve years ago. When she was sued she failed to go to court to contest the suit. even though she replied to the email inviting her to attend the hearing - by saying she would not attend.Kelley Lynch is the one who cannot "forgive" and move on.

I'll be happy to go into any detail that interests you privately. Gianelli continues to harass me by email over Leonard Cohen, IRS and federal tax matters, and Phil Spector. He uses his harassment and slander to elicit information. For the record, I have four matters under appeal re. Cohen in Los Angeles and they are far from over. They include his fraud renewal of default; fraud domestic violence order; and other issues. They will be pursued further if need be. I wasn't fired for theft. Gianelli didn't know Cohen. Cohen heard I was reporting his tax fraud, that I was told is criminal, to IRS. Cohen failed to serve me his lawsuit. The trouble with all of Lynch's contentions is that they have already been litigated - and rejected - by federal and state courts. It is not permitted under the US (or for that matter the UK) justice system for someone like Kelley Lynch to sit on her rights for seven years, and then try to litigate her claims in 2013 (denied in 2014), 2015 (denied the same year) then try to raise the claims in federal court in 2016 (dismissed 3-weeks later) and now to try to appeal from the judgment entered agaist her ten years ago.  There comes a point in every dispute where the court decision becomes final. In the Cohen vs. Lynch matter, that decision became final in 2006. The only one who does not realize it is over is Kelley Lynch.

Scott, I want to set the record straight here. I am in the midst of four appeals with respect to the Leonard Cohen legal matters. Those include appeals related to his renewal of the fraudulent default judgment and his fraudulent domestic violence restraining order that I also was not notified of. I didn't sit on my rights. I didn't read Cohen's Complaint until my stalker - Stephen Gianelli - posted it online in April 2010. Almost immediately after relocating to Los Angeles, in June 2013, I filed the appropriate motion to vacate Cohen's default which is evidence of his theft from me and nothing other than a narrative that attempts to explain away his role in sham transactions, shell corporations, and probable tax fraud. This is what motivated Cohen and I can assure you that I did not handle his tax, corporate, legal, accounting, or financial matters. Cohen and his team of professionals that he personally hired did. Leonard Cohen has recently hired a new law firm to assist with the appeals. He therefore has two law firms representing him. There is nothing frivolous about this situation. I continue to pursue remedies with respect to the federal tax and IRS matters. They too are far from over. Gianelli continues with his insanity, works in tandem with third parties to harass me, and his job appears to involve not only discrediting and slandering me but eliciting information. It is my personal opinion that he is also affiliated with the Spector prosecution. Please keep in mind that he worked in tandem with Spector's former assistant, Michelle Blaine, in targeting my email accounts and blogs. An investigator at the DA's office informed me, after concluding that Gianelli was a "shady character," that Gianelli may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector's prosecutor, Alan Jackson, about me. This is how this crowd functions. Gianelli also spent over seven years terrorizing my sons and continues to harass Paulette Brandt. We do not know this man who conducts himself like a common criminal. The stakes are clearly high; and the lows are vile.

Lynch "sat on her rights" for seven years, from the date judgment was entered in May of 2006 (which was in every print and on-line newspaper in the world) to October 2013 when she (belatedly) asked the court to set the judgment aside. That was a 7-year delay in asserting her rights. That is "sitting on your rights" by an measure.

I was unaware of the judgment that was entered against me so I didn't sit on my rights. Unfortunately, LA Superior Court condones the use of fraud, perjury, and misconduct to enter fraudulent judgments, orders, and verdicts. It's extremely disturbing. One of the matters under appeal is a "fraud upon the court" motion I brought. Leonard Cohen's legal pleadings are replete with fraudulent misrepresentations, perjured declarations, and fabricated evidence. It's impossible to understand why any document should be signed under the "oath of perjury" when that it willfully disregarded by the court system. Lynch was fully aware that a multi-million dollar judgment was entered against her in 2006. It was in all the papers, and all her family and friends knew. Lynch emailed Cohen and others incessantly about his "fraud judgment". And Lynch has been emailing me since April of 2009 about Cohen's "fraud judgment" against her. Once you know there is a judgment against you, you are not allowed to delay even a few months. She delayed seven years. So all of this frantic activity is too little YEARS too late.

Scott, because Gianelli is publicly lying about and slandering me, I want to respond once again. I was aware that a judgment, to the media misreporting this information, was entered in March 2006. That was false information and this is why people are served complaints, etc. because one should not be forced to rely on faulty news accounts. Gianelli doesn't know me or my family. He simply terrorized my sons for seven years, contacted my elderly parents, harassed my sister and her husband for years, attempts to intimidate witnesses and others, and continues to harass me and Paulette Brandt. I haven't been emailing Gianelli. I have advised him to cease and desist, corrected information he and others have posted online (including when he had his blog devoted to me and Phil Spector), and address his blatant lies to the government and third parties. The man is an agent provocateur/infiltrator. He has been harassing and targeting me since hearing from Cohen's lawyers in May 2009. I didn't see the Complaint until Gianelli posted online in April 2010. LA Superior Court is aware of that fact and it has been addressed by the judge. The fact that Cohen willfully bankrupted me, and I was unable to return to LA prior to when I relocated, should not be used to permit Cohen to steal from me via default judgment, use this false information to defend himself re. IRS and federal tax matters (that I did not handle for him), or to advance slanderous statements that are regurgitated by the news media, etc. Leonard Cohen uses legal pleadings to disparage me and others. Stephen Gianelli represents Cohen. That's my opinion and nothing will ever change my mind. In fact, I have evidence that Cohen personally approves of Gianelli's conduct. I've submitted that to the IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others. It's my opinion that Gianelli is posting on the Spector interview page, rather than Cohen's, for reasons related to the fact that Leonard Cohen aligned himself with the Spector DA and ended up on the stand testifying about Spector and a gun during my proceedings. The prosecutor elicited that testimony based on concealment of evidence and Cohen's perjured testimony that he was a recipient of an email of mine to Dennis Riordan, Phil Spector's appellate attorney. The prosecutor - NOT I - introduced the Phil Spector issues into the trial. In any event, the crowd in LA Confidential looks desperate to me. Gianelli wouldn't be online attacking me if these issues were moot or irrelevant. Keep in mind that he's been at this for over seven years. I continue to believe he is affiliated with the Spector prosecutor while representing Leonard Cohen's interests.

Reasonable people - on being notified as Lynch was in 2006 that a hearing to enter judgment was scheduled in a pending lawsuit against them - go to the hearing and tell the court what their objections to service are and that they are innocent of theft (if that be the case). They do not wait until October of 2013 to object to the judgment, seven years later. BTW, when Lynch FINALLY did so, Judge Hess said in the transcript that he did not believe she was not served - in addition to informing her of the legality that she waited far too long to come into court. The fact that Lynch still refuses to accept what the rule that apply to everyone are ten years after judgment was entered is ridiculous. She did NOT attend the hearing in 2006, even though she was invited to do so. Expecting to address the judgment now ten years later boarders on delusional.

The time frame at issue, which you argued, included the "fraudulent financial accounting" that I am addressing with IRS and other parties. You are lying about service and your motives are overwhelming clear. No one is obligated to attend a hearing when they were not served the summons and complaint. I didn't read the complaint until you posted it online in April 2010. Judge Hess was well aware of that fact. He also stated in a hearing that the proof of service does not say I was served and clarified that issue. I pointed out that Cohen and his lawyers presented photographs of me and fraudulently argued that I was the Jane Doe. Cohen replied "only my piece of mind". He never testified you NEVER stole from him. You have claimed the judgment is "fraudulent" in a 2013 motion, a 2015 motion, and a 2016 RICO suit. All of those proceedings were dismissed as "frivolous" by the state and federal courts. You were fired 12 years ago. Cohen sued you 11 years ago. Cohen is over 80 years old now. All courts have rejected your nonsense at least once. it is time to move on.

Since he dumped you as his manager he increased his annual income ten fold, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Song Writers Hall of Fame, won a Grammy Life-Time Achievement Award, and went from a net worth of the $160K you left in his retirement account (after stealing $5M) to a current net worth in excess of $50M. And in court Kelley Lynch lost in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. YOU, however, are living in a rented room in West Hollywood on $200 a month in welfare and $200 a month in food stamps. so you tell me, what "luck" does Leoanrd Cohen need at age 81?

Gianelli, the fact that Cohen stole from me, stole approximately $7.8 million from his so-called "retirement account," concealed that fact, and has engaged in unconscionable conduct with respect to me and my family is not really something for him to be proud of. He has also evidently stolen from Machat & Machat, Phil Spector, and I am aware of others he has defrauded. Leonard Cohen delivered a studio album and toured, as he planned to do, after taking substantial advances, entering into contractual obligations, and worked. The fact that he elected not to deliver material, etc. is really not my fault. I stole nothing. Cohen should add $7.8 million plus the interest he agreed to pay on his "loans" and the retirement account would hold over $7.9 million plus interest. I don't know you and you have no idea where I live. Cohen also testified that we were in a purely business relationship. Leonard Cohen has merely concocted another one of his inane narratives to explain away his role in certain sham transactions, shell entities, etc. I didn't lose in court in 2005, 2006, 2008, etc. because I didn't file my motion to vacate until 2013, immediately after relocating to Los Angeles. I didn't discover his complaint online until you posted some unverified version of it in April 2010. Susanne Walsh, who you have worked with for years to harass my sons, etc., is now harassing me over the transcript of the March 23, 2010 hearing. Enter a formal appearance in any of the four appeals before the Appellate Court in LA, where matters related to me and Cohen are presently proceeding, and attempt to elicit information from me in that manner. The willful failure to serve me the lawsuit led to the fraudulent default judgment, fabricated damages, and fraudulent financial interest. A handful of unauthenticated documents attached to a fraud ledger, willfully disregarding corporate structures, ownership interest, is nothing other than a STORY. You're correct about that fact. I have a judgment because Cohen was sued by Greenberg and he had to explain away his role in these transactions/entities. The appeals are far from over and I will go to the U.S. Supreme Court. I have as good a shot as anyone else. I see you've been busy today - harassing me with or as (someone pointed that out as a possibility) "Susanne Walsh." You do use monikers and fake email accounts. Cohen also embezzled approximately $7.8 million from his alleged retirement account. I have his lawyer's letter that his "loans" from TH were a problem. Cohen hasn't repaid them. He wasn't left with $160K. He took $7.8 million from the retirement account and concealed that fact. Leonard Cohen has nothing but a "story" and is now attempting to conceal the evidence he asked the court to seal because, as he noted, this would "embarrass" him. I find it hard to believe, based on his conduct, that anything embarrasses including his three different versions of his Phil Spector gun story before LA Superior Court. God Knows which one the government believes. I don't believe any of them. Leonard Cohen is a fabulist who tells inane stories about his role in the Bay of Pigs (CIA recon), has fantasies about men (like Castro's forces holding guns on him), and lies about women (including Janis Joplin, me, Ann Diamond, etc.).
