What is Stephen Gianelli's interest in you? Aren't you someone interested in helping Phil Spector who is convinced of his innocence? I want to remind you that Gianelli argued prosecution theories online about Clarkson's DNA on the ammunition and lied about the gun being Phillip's. He doesn't know him. Bruce Cutler and Bill Pavelic, regardless of what Gianelli thinks about them and me, have said the gun wasn't Phillip's. I believe Paul Huebl felt the same way when I spoke to him. It's just odd to me that this man is so interested in you, slanders me horrendously with respect to his legal defense of Leonard Cohen, and has written Ed Lozzi and Gary and Louis Spector copying me on those inconceivably bizarre emails.
Gianelli is interested in who has been on my blog. The U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Court (California), and Franchise Tax Board. I see. My extension of time to file my opening brief in the Tax Court matter contains a link to my blog. Court staff viewed it. That's fascinating. I didn't include that particular link about Gianelli criminally harassing me and my appellate attorney for over a year including on Thanksgiving. Of course, he was terrorizing my sons at the time and falsely accusing me of being drunk because my Spanish keyboard was broken. My roommate lived in Barcelona for a long time.
The federal court system views all self-represented litigants as "crazy pro se" litigants. Why? Do you know how many people are self-represented? Why do they have jobs if they hate taxpayers and citizens? It sounds outrageous and I will be addressing it with the federal court and 9th Circuit further because my stalker has relentlessly harassed me over this issue while trying to "dissuade" me from pursuing legal remedies, misleading me legally, and scaring people.
Now Gianelli is placing bets about the 9th Circuit. Why? Do they like fraud upon Tax Court? There is evidence that Cohen and his lawyers lied about income being loans in 1999. And that's only the beginning of the story. I don't know what the remedy is but it also involves theft and probably tax fraud. Maybe the Court to do something interesting and refer it to the U.S. Attorney and IRS. Why not? Do they condone fraud? It involves officers of the court. Someone should take fraud upon the court, perjury, theft, tax fraud, fraudulent tax refunds, this criminal stalker co-conspirator, etc seriously. Obviously, they're serious about their criminal conduct.
Why would Gianelli copy you on this? Are you interested in Leonard Cohen's Tax Fraud Scheme? You're Canadian, right? Why can't the national treasure live there? Because he has tax and residence problems. He abandoned after Marty Machat's death, obtained legal advice, and told me: Canada Revenue asks where you paid your taxes the prior year while IRS doesn't. So he reapplied almost immediately for a green. It makes no sense whatsoever unless you're a groupie journalist like Brian Johnson from MacLean's or Sylvie Simmons who sounded like she wanted to date him.
Have you read this? I'm working on the declaration for my RICO suit. I do have a RICO suit and have sent drafts of it to Dennis Riordan, IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, Senate Judiciary, and others. Gianeli is simply lying so they know that. One thing the entities on my blog are interested in is the stalking, fraud and retaliation (witness tampering) with Karina Von Watteville, and other issues. This is an evidence blog. I want the federal court to understand that. I'm getting into factual details in the declaration including about the powerful figures who targeted me. If Cooley wants to align himself with Cohen while the City Attorney elicits information about Spector and a gun, I want to talk to the federal court about it. I'll send you a copy when it's ready. Now is the time to address facts. How would the judge know what happened? Should he call Gianelli who will ile to him and attempt to infiltrate and insert salacious slander into the federal court case as he has through his harassing emails? The court is going to understand that Gianelli is attempting to interfere with a federal RICO suit and an appeal before the 9th Circuit. It's that simple. Also, that he is Leonard Cohen's co-conspirator and Cohen has a history of functioning in this manner and lying about women who stalk and harass him to discredit and destroy them.
If you're interested in further details about who was on my blog or why, let me know. Otherwise, I don't really know why Gianelli copied you on this harassing email.

You have submitted various documents and communications to, respectively, the 9th Circuit and the Franchise Tax Board, and the US Treasury containing the links to your blog that were viewed for “25 seconds”.
For example, your application for extension of time to file an opening brief in your tax court case contains a link to your blog, and it has apparently been briefly viewed by court staff and opposing appellate counsel.
That viewing hardly enhanced the credibility of your appeal. Rather, it screams “crazy pro se litigant!”
Just remember my prediction that your 9th Circuit appeal from the order dismissing your tax court case will be dismissed as utterly frivolous.

I am attaching the emails that were being viewed because they are depict extremely disturbing matters. See below.
