Mr. Fabian,
If you would like to discuss Gianelli's latest defense of Cohen or attempts to interfere with a Tax Court case, please call me. Cohen may wish I was a "scorned woman." Apart from that, there's no basis in reality for the fantasy.

Hello Senate Judiciary,I can assure you that the "scorned woman" defense wouldn't work if Cohen had to prove anything. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. Has the Senate Judiciary? Do keep in mind that Cohen is a Canadian who cannot reside in his country due to tax and residence problems. The criminal continues to defend Cohen with IRS Chief Trial Counsel's office; is attempting to interfere with that matter; and thinks he's amusing. Unfortunately for the criminal, some very intelligent individuals are onto him.KelleyOn Mon, Nov 30, 2015 at 1:01 PM, Kelley Lynch <kelley.lynch.2013@gmail.com> wrote:
Kory & Rice,Gianelli continues to criminally harass me over Leonard Cohen legal and tax matters. He continues with his attempts to interfere with a federal Tax Court case and is arguing Cohen's legal positions. He is also sending around Man of La Mancha lyrics and making jokes that it is or is not Cohen's defense. I suppose he means the ludicrous allegations that I am a "scorned" woman. Since Cohen and I never dated, I do think one should look at his long and publicly documented history of drug and alcohol abuse, etc. to determine where this fantasy arose from.Kelley Lynch---------- Forwarded message ----------

To: kelley.lynch.2013@gmail.comMs. Lynch,It’s not “Cohen’s defense” it is the lyrics from the principal song from the hit musical Man of La Mancha ("The Impossible Dream").The original Broadway production won four Toney Awards.
