On Valentine's Day in 2013, I sent the FBI and DOJ the drone Valentine Day Card for a number of reasons. Number one, I was teasing them because there was a tremendous amount of criticism of the drone program in the news media. Under the drone Valentine Card image online was a link to Glenn Greenwald's article on drones. This article - on the DOJ's white paper.
I also thought that this image and the words could be used to falsely accuse someone of threatening them in LA. That's their evidence standard. So, I sent it to DOJ and FBI as an example of what LA could use to set someone up with and noted that in a P.S. Sandra Jo Streeter then lied to LAPD. They said she was "terrified." The card wasn't directed to her and I didn't create it. This woman is a pathetic liar and my trial transcript is evidence of that. I then attempted to abandon my appeal but LA wouldn't allow that. That is now a legal issue for me. Well, if Streeter actually found the image threatening, she thinks she is on the CIA's disposition matrix. That's what the kill list is - a database of information related to terrorists. I don't have a kill list and it does make me wonder about the prosecutor's psychiatric problems as I mentioned to the detective who concluded the card was a joke. It wasn't a joke. It was an example sent to FBI and DOJ. Why didn't the detective know that? What kind of an investigation was done?
I didn't create a poster of KVW. I'm not in first grade Ann. Paulette has repeatedly advised me that she didn't create it. I found one on the front door. I have no idea. I think KVW created it herself but obviously couldn't swear to that. Who would create a wanted poster with a glamour shot? It makes no sense. What leverage? I didn't create it and had nothing to do with it. I also didn't have her photograph so it would have been impossible.
I have the letter and the envelope. It's postmarked "Oakland." I'm not convinced he resides in Greece. He may stay there at times. Who would know? I don't know the criminal.
I don't know anyone whose home he showed up at. He phoned my elderly parents and Paulette received a death threat from someone who called and said they were Gianelli. The individual, a male, threatened to kill her. Lovely crowd. I'd like to find a connection to Phil Spector's prosecutors. This man was clearly brought on board when Phillip's attorney Doron Weinberg (Bay Area attorney also) announced that he was handling the second trial. That's when Gianelli, from the Bay Area, began blogging about Phil Spector's case - with people who had been demonizing Spector. For instance, his former assistant (Michelle Blaine), Sprocket (who is evidently the mouthpiece for Clarkson's mother), and others. When I posted in defense of Phil Spector on Blogonaut's Law Blog, I was targeted and slandered by Gianelli, Blaine, Sprocket, and others. I also criticized Cohen. That's when Gianelli said he first communicated with Cohen's lawyers, Kory & Rice. And, during my trial Cohen was publicly linked to the Spector DA (Steve Cooley) and prosecutor (Alan Jackson). It's a total set up and remains that way. They all belong in prison. Even the U.S. Supreme Court should be able to figure it out.

I forget the story behind the drone picture and caption. Who sent it and to whom? and how was it interpreted? And what does Mary Jo Streeter think is going on, and what kind of list is she on?Just wondering. I don't have time right now to go back and research this -- and I get the feeling it would be good to clarify.Like the poster of KVW : I can understand why you did that and have no problem with it. But it did give her some leverage with Kory -- and Gianelli of course. Also, how do you know he mailed the letter from Oakland? Do you still have the envelope with the postmark? If so, post a photo of it on line.Is there anything else that proves he was in the US at the time? Didnt you tell me he actually showed up at people's homes or phoned them ??A
