Another criminally harassing email from the Stalker with "Vivienne Swanigan" copied in. How long has this been going on with your office, Mike? Well, Gianelli wrote Streeter in November 2012. Your office does know what "stalking" is, correct? You're tasked with prosecuting stalking matters.
I haven't written this man in over a year except to advise him (occasionally until recently - when your office was copied in) to cease and desist. He's enclosed my cease and desist email. I was banned from his blog because I posted that Phil Spector was innocent. It's odd that this Stalker wants people to view him as sympathetic to Spector. I find that impossible to believe since Michelle Blaine and Sprocket were posting there and Blaine and Gianelli targeted my email accounts and blogs together.
Does this criminal have an excuse for criminally harassing my sons, sister, Paulette Brandt, and many others. Some of these people have been stalked for almost six years. That would include both of my sons and my younger son as a minor. Leonard Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh, works in tandem with Gianelli. Did my friend, Dan Meade, write him? Did Yongzin Rinpoche's wife write Gianelli? Did The Scientist write and call Gianelli? The answer is no. This criminal harassed them. He also contacted my ex-husband who wrote that Gianelli lied and many others.
Gianelli, who doesn't know me, has insights into me? Well, one insight he should have is that he is going to end up in prison. I didn't harass Cohen. He stole from me; committed tax fraud; continues withhold federal tax information (that is not the jurisdiction of your office or local law enforcement - or the court for that matter); perjured himself excessively; and has attempted to defend himself regarding allegations of tax fraud, conspiracy, extortion, blackmail, witness tampering, bribery, etc.
Cohen didn't obtain a judgment. I wasn't served.
There's nothing time barred about my lawsuits but why is Gianelli arguing on your behalf? How can the Stalker have an informed opinion about me when he doesn't know me? His familiarity with me and my family members, etc. is frightening. Have I threatened to file a 42 USCA section 1983 civil rights action?
That federal lawsuit will address "proxy stalking." It's complex. Call LAPD's TMU. Maybe they'll have some thoughts on the topic.

I am advising you to cease and desist. I have filed a claim with the City of Los Angeles. Vivienne Swanigan was named in that claim and her email to you will be at issue in my federal lawsuit. Since you do not know me, or my family and friends who you relentlessly harass and stalk, you're not in a position to write the City Attorney advising them that I won't be filing a federal lawsuit.
I didn't "write" you anything, liar. You are obsessed with my blog. I don't forward you emails. I advise you to CEASE AND DESIST. Paulette Brandt, both of my son's, my sister's lawyer, and others have done the same. Numerous people have filed complaints with law enforcement around this country about your ongoing criminal harassment. I have spoken at length to the FBI about this situation so I wouldn't rely on the prosecutor's statements in my probation matter regarding the FBI.
