Let me be clear with you: We will hash these issues out in federal court. That will include your failure to prosecute Gianelli and obstruction of justice re. the Valentine's Day card sent to FBI and DOJ. Also, lying to jurors about federal tax matters.
I do NOT want to be copied in on emails to your office. I view your office as a Criminal Enterprise. I've been very clear with DOJ about that fact. If you disagree, take it up with DOJ directly.
I didn't send Gianelli the email he decided to criminally harass me over. It relates to another "infiltrator" who targeted me and Paulette Brandt. Chuck Harter knows Ed Lozzi, Clarkson's publicist. Harter was interested in a comment Spector made to Paulette Brandt. Gianelli grabs the emails from my blog. He's obsessed and could be dangerous. I don't know him. Maybe you would like your wife to be criminally harassed by this stranger. How about children? That would be fine, right Mike? You would send flowers and thank you notes. Is that correct? Is that what I'm supposed to believe? That's why I've asked FBI if they have a drug testing kit. Leonard Cohen's exposing his penis to me is my intent to annoy him? Falsely accusing me of having sex with Oliver Stone, to stir up a custody matter, was my intent to annoy Cohen. Cohen's own drug use, publicly documented by him, was intent to annoy? And, the Boulder Court didn't tell me the order expired in February 2009 and I don't have evidence of why this occurred? Or do I?
I've advised Cohen's lawyer, Jeffrey Korn, that when Gianelli enters a formal appearance in Cohen's matters, I will speak to him. In the meantime, I merely advise him to cease and desist. He's even sending outrageous emails to FBI about "Jimmy Hoffa." The man is a psychopath. He's on someone's payroll and I have my own thoughts about that.
The tax fraud must be incredibly serious, Mike. Isn't that why your office engaged in illegal discovery about it and elicited testimony about federal tax matters and lied about them? What else could it be? Was Leonard Cohen only brought out to testify about Phil Spector and guns?
I am filing two motions next week: one in the default judgment matter and one re. the fraud domestic violence order. Gianelli has been relentlessly harassing me over them. He also writes legal opinions.

Michelle Blaine is also a former assistant who worked for Mr. Spector for a very short period of time and essentially appears to have targeted him, stole $900,000 from him, was the individual the driver originally called (no doubt fearing the authorities due to his illegal presence in this country), and a woman who clearly has a vendetta against Phil Specctor. Her blog posts and comments suggest a jealous and hostile woman who was angry that Phil Spector was involved with his current wife. Blaine evidently manipulated Mr. Spector into ridding himself of people familiar with him and loyal to him - including his ex-wife, Janice Spector, personal assistant, Paulette Brandt, and driver, Morgan Martin. I am friendly with all of these individuals who I have known for years.
Phil Spector told everyone who knows him, and the police at the jail, that Clarkson shot herself. Blaine had motive to lie and there is a reason the prosecution didn't use her as a witness. My thoughts on Blaine's contradiction is her motive. It is deeply disturbing that her father, Hal Blaine, worked with Phil Spector for 27 years and never once saw him with a gun in the studio. I met with Phillip after the incident and he told me what happened. I know him well and can easily tell if he is embellishing a story. Lana Clarkson was in his foyer, with a gun, dancing around and singing his songs (Da Doo Run Run). For reasons no one will ever know (although the vicodin, other drugs, and 8 glasses of tequilla obviously affected her ability to think correctly and she was down and out, and suicidal - the DA advised the coroner not to do a forensic autopsy which is highly suspect) Clarkson then shot herself.
I will say this - Phil Spector, who was wearing a white dinner jacket, would have been covered in blood had he shot her in the mouth. It defies logic to think that a 6' 160 pound woman wouldn't have attempted to defend herself or struggled in what the prosecution would like us to view as an execution style murder. Phil Spector didn't have to shoot anyone to have sex. He was involved with Nancy Sinatra who was completely in love with him - although she too betrayed him. The prosecution's theory is laughable.
