Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB,

I am attempting to determine what the State of Kentucky Tax Ombudsman can tell me about any mistake that Westin "rectified" re. Kentucky LLC Traditional Holdings.

I've warned them that I have a stalker criminally harassing me who might contact them.

I am trying to resolve some rather serious federal tax and corporate matters.  They involve me, my ex-business partner (singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen), a Kentucky, LLC, other entities, and what appears to be very serious tax fraud.  I have previously spoken with John Maunts and Rob Watts about these issues.

This article for Rolling Stone should give you a good, basic understanding of my situation.


Briefly:  On April 15, 2005, I reported allegations that Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud to IRS.  I had previously spoken with Mr. Maunts at the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet who reviewed the Traditional Holdings, LLC tax returns with me over the phone and confirmed that the entity was a partnership.  You can find further details regarding this situation at riverdeepbook.blogspot.com.

I've attached a copy of the lawsuit Cohen's financial adviser filed against him.  The issues re. legal conspiracy, witness tampering, witness intimidation, bribery, extortion have not been litigated yet. 

After I reported the allegations of Cohen's tax fraud to IRS, State of Kentucky, and following Greenberg's public lawsuit, Leonard Cohen retaliated and filed suit against me.  His personal tax lawyer, Richard Westin, is a law professor at the University of Kentucky.  He is the individual who, on behalf of Leonard Cohen, created this Kentucky LLC and prepared the tax returns, K-1s, etc.


Traditional Holdings, LLC transmitted K-1s to the IRS, and other tax authorities, for the years 2001, 2002, and 2003.  I am enclosing certain legal documents that might prove helpful:  the Annuity Agreement Cohen and I entered into (also prepared by Richard Westin) and the Indemnity agreement I requested which Cohen directed Westin to prepare.  That is also executed.

In any event, LA Superior Court via default judgment, wrongfully converted my ownership interest in Traditional Holdings, LLC to Leonard Cohen via default judgment.  It's quite strange as TH did not have even minimal ties to California and it's principal place of business remains c/o Richard Westin.

In 2012, Leonard Cohen testified that Richard Westin evidently rectified a mistake related to Traditional Holdings, LLC.  See attached Memorandum that I plan to file addressing the extensive perjury in connection with LA Superior Court Case No. BC338322.


I was never served that lawsuit, filed a motion to vacate, and the judge essentially argued that a process server can get every detail of one's appearance wrong.  I intend to file a federal lawsuit as I personally believe the default judgment wrongfully altered my federal tax returns, etc.

My question is this:  Cohen testified that Westin rectified a mistake that apparently had to do with my ownership interest in Traditional Holdings, LLC.  He advised LA Superior Court that I held my ownership interest in this entity for him.  That is a bald-faced lie.  I have contacted IRS and they advised me that they have not received any tax returns following those that were filed in 2001, 2002, and 2003.  I am unable to find any evidence of a change in ownership or corrected tax and/or corporate documents.  Leonard Cohen has used fraudulent restraining orders to prevent me from requesting tax and corporate documents, information.  I have asked to inspect the corporate records but his representatives refuse to communicate with me.  Cohen has also attempted to argue legally that his abusive restraining orders prevent me from effecting service on the registered agent of a corporation.

Would you please let me know if the State of Kentucky has received any information indicating that the ownership or membership interests in this entity have changed.   I am aware that LA Superior Court, who has no jurisdiction over me or this entity, converted my property to Leonard Cohen but I am unable to find any evidence that a "mistake" was rectified.  Cohen and Westin entered into secret mediations which I was wrongfully excluded from, and Cohen testified that Westin paid him substantial sums for the "mistake."

P.S.  Various people have been criminally harassing and stalking me (my family, friends, and others) for years now.  The issues relate to Leonard Cohen and IRS.  Do not be surprised if you receive an email from one "Stephen Gianelli" who is some form of proxy.  I have advised Cohen's lawyer, Jeffrey Korn, that I will respond to Gianelli's criminally harassing emails when he enters a formal appearance and a judge advises me to do so.  For some reason, certain parties think that calling me a whore, accusing me of having sex with Oliver Stone, telling LAPD's celebrity unit that I might want to attend Cohen's concert, and generally slandering me is a defense to what has unfolded.  I remain unconvinced and have asked IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and FTB to investigate.  Rob Watts and I did speak about the potential fraud here and he asked me to send him everything I've sent IRS in terms of evidence.  I've asked IRS if they could handle that request.  I've sent them an abundance of evidence and gave them permission to review all emails between me and Cohen and his representatives.
