I am now moving onto Leonard Cohen's cross-examination. You will see that he testified deceitfully about receiving emails and other matters. He is defensive and aggressive on the stand. Streeter and Cohen were quite clear about IRS being copied in on my emails and she questioned him about an email I sent to Glenn Greenwald. That relates to an IRS matter. As Neal Greenberg's lawsuit, and certain declarations, confirm Leonard Cohen would have me read business and legal documents to him while he took bubble baths. At those times, he would expose his penis to me which I found unconscionable. I view that as harassment and indecent exposure. The City Attorney of Los Angeles clearly views this as appropriate conduct with respect to one's female personal manager. That sums things up in my mind about the types of dangerously unstable, unethical, and amoral people who have targeted me. One of the documents Cohen had me read related to the 2001 Traditional Holdings, LLC deal and a memorandum his lawyers' sent summarizing that deal. Michael Ingrassia and I were discussing Cohen's conduct and he found it outrageous and asked me if Cohen would like to also discuss with him the size of his penis. Michael did not believe exposing one's penis to a female colleague was acceptable.
