Mike,
I continue to review the trial transcripts with IRS, DOJ, and others. Would you maintain and preserve any and all evidence (including interviews by your office with Cohen) re. Leonard Cohen's exposing his penis to me, why indecent exposure is an "intent to annoy," and why your office believes this is not a legitimate IRS matter. It most certainly is. Furthermore, in Streeter & Cohen's email thread of April 5, 2012 (where he advises her that Phil Spector held a gun to his neck - but testified that it was held to his head vs. the DA's version where the gun was allegedly a different weapon held to Cohen's chest), she states that she hates to keep peppering Cohen with further questions. Clearly, that indicates that there were other questions presented to him but Streeter failed to provide that, or any Brady materials, to my lawyers. I would like that evident preserved and would also like IRS, DOJ, and FBI to investigate all evidence, interviews, phone messages, City Attorney's Complaint process, abuse of domestic violence funds, etc.

Hello IRS,
I am now moving onto Leonard Cohen's cross-examination. You will see that he testified deceitfully about receiving emails and other matters. He is defensive and aggressive on the stand. Streeter and Cohen were quite clear about IRS being copied in on my emails and she questioned him about an email I sent to Glenn Greenwald. That relates to an IRS matter. As Neal Greenberg's lawsuit, and certain declarations, confirm, Leonard Cohen would have me read business and legal documents to him while he took bubble baths. At those times, he would expose his penis to me which I found unconscionable. I view that as harassment and indecent exposure. The City Attorney of Los Angeles clearly views this as appropriate conduct with respect to one's female personal manager. That sums things up in my mind about the types of dangerously unstable, unethical, and amoral people who have targeted me. One of the documents Cohen had me read related to the 2001 Traditional Holdings, LLC deal and a memorandum his lawyers' sent summarizing that deal. Michael Ingrassia and I were discussing Cohen's conduct and he found it outrageous and asked me if Cohen would like to also discuss with him the size of his penis. Michael did not believe exposing one's penis to a female colleague was acceptable. In any event, evidently Cooley and IRS were recipients of the email I sent Glenn Greenwald addressing this unconscionable activity. All the best,KelleyStreeter: Do you recall if you received a voice mail message from Ms. Lynch on May 28, 2011? Cohen: I believe I did. RT 257CD Played – Voice Mail – May 28, 2011Streeter: Do you recall if you received an email from Ms. Lynch on the date of December 22nd, 2011 at 8.07 PM? … Streeter: I want you to look at the first page. It’s the first email in People’s No. 11. RT 258 Streeter: Did you receive an email from Ms. Lynch on that date and at that time? Cohen: Yes, I did. RT 259 Streeter: And is there an S. Cooley – is an S. Cooley one of the recipients? Cohen: Yes, S. Cooley is a recipient. Streeter: What is the subject, Mr. Cohen, of that email? RT 259 Cohen: And, yes – oh, subject. Re: And, yes, Leonard Cohen does have a small, if not non-existent penis. Streeter: Can you read the first sentence in that email, Mr. Cohen? Cohen: … It says, “Glenn, Michael asked the crucial – the crucial question this week. Does Cohen, who would have me read business and legal documents while he was in the bubble bath, have a small penis?” RT 260Streeter: Do you recall whether or not you received an email from Ms. Lynch on the date of December 23rd, 2011 at 7.08 PM? … Cohen: Yes. RT 260 Streeter: Is an S. Cooley copied in on that email? Cohen: Yes. Streeter: Were those the only recipients of that email? Cohen: There are many recipients. Streeter: Okay. Was the IRS one of the recipients? Cohen: I’m sorry? Streeter: IRS. Cohen: Yes, the IRS is a recipient. RT 261 Streeter: And when you received that email from Ms. Lynch on December 23rd, 2011 at 7.08 PM, did you save that email? Cohen: Yes, I did … Streeter: What is the subject line of the email, Mr. Cohen? Cohen: Re: And, yes, Leonard Cohen does have a small, if non-existent penis. Streeter: Did you find it annoying to receive such an email, Mr. Cohen? Cohen: It is annoying … RT 261-263 Streeter then goes through a series of questions asking Cohen if the emails and/or voice mails annoyed him although that is not an element of the unconstitutionally vague “intent to annoy” statute.
