What Is The City Attorney's Probable Cause? This Is Alarming Indeed.

To the FBI,

My witness is here.  He said the fact that the City of Los Angeles has been on my blog for nearly 7 hours today is alarming.  I agree and that is the right word.  He thinks Francisco Suarez should address this.  This man cannot figure out what their probable cause would be.
