To the FBI,
I did phone the City Attorney's office and was clear with Carmen Trutanich - I do not want to see an email in my inbox with prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter copied in. Stephen Gianelli has been criminally harassing me and my family since 2009, after he heard from Cohen's representative Michelle Rice. The City Attorney wants to know why I replied when Streeter is copied in with my sister? Well, the City Attorney doesn't understand criminal harassment? A man reviewing this situation last night noted that they have serious liability when someone like Gianelli copies them in. I have a right to appeal without retaliation or insanity on the part of the City Attorney. I am also representing myself with respect to the Writ of Habeas Corpus which will address the perjury in great detail.
As I mentioned to the City Attorney, I think the threat to Streeter is the IRS and FBI who are copied in on my emails - that includes, as I noted, my email to the FBI with an example of the type of pscyhotic conduct I have been dealing with on the part of Los Angeles County.
Gianelli is writing me and my appellate attorney. This has to do with the appeal which we did try to abandon and I believe Francisco Suarez should raise my constitutional right to abandon an appeal. The lies, perjiury, fraud, and concealment are inconceivable.
Does the FBI know how many emails were in my trash from Gianelli from the past couple of weeks? And, Streeter was copied in. Did he just feel comfortable copying her in? Does he feel comfortable harassing my sister after her lawyer advised him to cease and desist?
This man has motive and these people are insane. As my friend said - this is alarming on the part of the City Attorney.

This man used several different email addresses to harass me recently. I have filtered his emails into my trash but one got through - using a different email address - so I checked my trash and could not believe how many emails he has recently sent me.
This man is so sick. He has relentlessly targeted me. I have falsely accused this lunatic of nothing. This is criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, criminal harassment, an attempt to obstruct justice, etc.

Mr. Suarez,Your client forwarded multiple emails to prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter last night, apparently in violation of an accord Ms. Lynch reached with the Workplace Violence Unit of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.I know this because I was contacted last night and asked why I was still copying Ms. Streeter with emails following April 13, 2013 contrary to my understanding with the City Attorney’s Office. When I replied that I had not, the caller then realized that Ms. Lynch was simply using old emails as a pretext to continue her inappropriate contacts.

Doug Davis/FTB never advised me of any such thing. He was communicating with Gianelli evidently.Additionally, Ms. Lynch posted on her blog last night the following email to the IRS, FBI, Doug Davis of the FTB (who blocked her emails for being harassing in 2012), media outlets and many others:
“I have left a message for City Attorney Carmen Trutanich about this situation with Gianelli writing me and my sister and copying in prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter. I have advised this man to ask her to take some measure to ensure that I no longer receive emails from Gianelli with her copied in. If he likes prosecutors that lie, conceal evidence, sabotage the IRS, etc. - that's his problem. I do NOT want emails from Gianelli - who is criminally harassing me - with prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter copied in. I think Trutanich should be clear about that fact now.”Upon learning on March 13, 2013 that Kelley Lynch was viewed by the City of Los Angeles as a potential threat to the personal safety to one of their prosecutors, Ms. Streeter, I agreed to – and did – refrain from copying Ms. Streeter on any emails to other persons concerning Kelley Lynch. I have complied with that agreement. It is your client who has not.

The implications of your client’s continuing harassment of Ms. Streeter is not my affair, only the artifice she is engaging in as an excuse for doing so, which is transparent – as was her “tax excuse” for sending Leonard Cohen hundreds of patently abusive emails.
Please be advised, and advise your client, that her emails to this address (which will be deactivated on April 28) and to my g-mail address are now automatically deleted before they appear in my inbox and there is no way for me to see, retrieve or read them.

Finally, my office is closing on April 25, 2013 as I am now retired from the practice of law.
