Hello IRS Commissioner's Staff,
I have personally spoken with Agent Tejeda/IRS. Why wouldn't he speak to me? I was advised to report Cohen's tax fraud to him. Then, after seeing Agent Sopko's email, Kory began contacting him, mentioning that things became more real at that point, etc. I didn't say my public defender. I said one of my lawyers. I also didn't say I left a voice mail. Gianelli has no idea if I've spoken with Agent Tejeda/IRS today or not. He knows nothing about my taxes or tax payments. The man is worse than a psycho. Now I'm
an IRS stalker? Well, Agent Sopko told me the IRS Commissioner's Staff is reading my emails and varioius individuals are handling different aspects. Who is Gianelli to say that the IRS views me as a stalker? I've discussed the IRS Commissioner's Staff with Treasury agents. This man attempts to infiltrate and sabotage matters. That's very clear to me. The fact that he called Agent Tejeda is unbelievable. Talk about a stalker See mine. His name is Stephen Gianelli and he definitely appears to have motive and is now retaliating and has filed a fraudulent form falsely accusing me of owing taxes to the IRS and yet he has no evidence to support that false accusation. It's a very serious matter. He seems relatively amused by his conduct. He doesn't mind lying to the IRS, FBI, or anyone else.

If he has EVER talked to you (which I doubt) it has been over 4-years.
And no, Ms. Lynch, leaving a voice message for Agent Tejeda is NOT speaking with him.
Sending someone emails or leaving them voice messages or other forms of unilateral communication is not a CONVERSATION nor is it a relationship.
