To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Actually, Agent Tejeda/IRS didn't call Gianelli back.  I've spoken to him and so has one of my lawyers.  Who is Gianelli to speak on behalf of the IRS, Agent Tejeda/IRS, etc.  Psycho hardly begins to describe this nut.
