Gianelli actually thinks he is talking to me. I have addressed my views on his comments re. this outrageous judge, my show trial, and Phil Spector.

1. When you stand before a judge at sentencing on multiple counts and say to the court that you have committed no crime, that shows no remorse and that leads to a jail sentence. The Court could have given you 5-years but only gave you 18 months.I have committed no crime. Let me quote Lt. Wolak of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department now. He investigated this matter; he understands the IRS involvement here; he believes Cohen owes me millions; and he has never seen anything like my situation in 26 years in law enforcement. He could not believe I wasn't given probation. I have no remorse because I've done nothing wrong. I feel as though I've met Nazi Germany. Judge Vanderet's conduct is highly suspect. He deprived me of a defense, refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS or Rutger Penick to take the stand, admitted outrageously irrelevant and immaterial so-called evidence (including with respect to Phil Spector which was as transparent as the day is long), permitted Cohen to interpret emails and distort them, etc. He thinks Leonard Cohen's illegal and legal drug abuse is my intent to annoy Leonard Cohen? Leonard Cohen's conduct annoys Leonard Cohen. The trial was a farce. I'll quote Berkeley PD now - it's a total waste of taxpayer dollars. The Los Angeles justice system is insane. Literally.
2. You act like you hold the keys to Phil Spector's prison cell and convicting you prevents Spector's conviction from being overturned. But neither you, nor Cohen ever testified at either of Spector's trials. Moreover, your conviction has hardly silenced you so if you hold the key to Spector's release, why is Spector still behind bars?I do not act as thought I hold the keys to Phil Spector's prison cell and my relationship with Phil Spector is not Gianelli's business but he's obsessed with me and Phil Spector. Leonard Cohen's statements - per Mick Brown/UK Telegraph who reviewed the transcripts - were presented to the Grand Jury. The Grand Jury Legal Adviser was unclear on what witness would have presented them. Leonard Cohen's statements regarding Phil Spector appear in motions filed by the prosecution that are available online. Leonard Cohen testified at my trial about one version of his highly embellished Phil Spector guns tory - the gun was held to his head and it was an automatic. The prosecutors in the Phil Spector matter used a different version - a semi-automatic was held to the chest. The City Attorney is concealing an email she received from Cohen at the start of my trial that contains a third version - the gun was held to Cohen's neck. My trial lawyer was clear with me - the DA does not want the Phil Spector verdict overturned and that's why he has an investigator hanging out in the courtroom and lunching with Cohen while the prosecutor attempts to sabotage the IRS and me.March 24, 2013 at 12:03 PM - KL writes:
