To the IRS and FBI,

I did not waive attorney client privilege and Gianelli is obviously a maniac.  I've addressed the issues with respect to a Secret Service investigation into money laundering and the Iranian Regime; a man who misrepresented himself to clients as a lawyer, a couple who endangered their child, and the complaint Eric Salter and I filed with the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department re. Gianelli's criminal harassment.

You again suggest that I must be a Cohen "operative" because a "total stranger" would not otherwise "target you".

Stephen Gianelli, after I posted about Phil Spector's innocence and Leonard Cohen's tax fraud and theft, banned me from his blog (where Michelle Blaine, a woman who stole and was found guilty of stealing approximately $900,000 from Phil Spector was posting - and who later publicly congratulated Gianelli/Blogonaut for initiating the coordinated targeting of my blogs and email accounts - including kelleylynchandphilspector.blogspot.com) relentlessly pursued me.  He has admitted hearing from Michelle Rice (who routinely lies, perjured herself on the stand, lied about Judge Enichen and her statements in court, and who has made a career targeting me for Leonard Cohen) in 2009.  

For the record, I have not waived attorney/client privilege with either of my PD trial lawyers and I understand a/c privilege.  The PD's office was shocked when I explained it to a supervisor.  

You have a 7 years long pattern of relentlessly harassing a person as well as serially attacking their character in a never ending stream of emails, criminal complaints and internet postings and then - when you get the logically expected response - squealing that you are being "targeted" or "harassed".

Stephen Gianelli has relentlessly targeted, slandered, and harassed me.  He relentlessly targeted my children.  He phoned my elderly parents.  He contacted my sister and her husband and appeared to attempt to blackmail them.  He refused to cease and desist contacting them after they hired a lawyer who advised him to cease and desist.  He has contacted my ex-husbands, employers, Agent Sopko/Treasury, Investigator Frayeh/LA District Attorney's office, and Phil Spector's attorneys which is outrageous.  He has contacted the Scientist and lied about me.  It goes on and on.  This man, as someone just noted, deserves to be brought to justice.  I have been clear with the IRS and FBI about this matter.  

You have played that game far too long for anyone who has known you more than a few months to buy your happy horse-shit.

What an aggressive and arrogant maniac.  He is literally talking to himself, Susanne Walsh, Kelly Green (who reminds me of Alan Jackson and questioned me about Dr. Lee and Dr. Baden which was and remains absurd - they were Phil Spector's expert witnesses), and perhaps his mother.  

Stephen Gianelli doesn't know me.  He is merely obsessed with slandering and defaming a stranger and targeting just about everyone in her life.

Once people figure you out that you are a pertetual "victim" who is only reaping what she sewed, you quickly turn on them, denounce them in mass emails copied to the IRS and FBI, and/or report them to the local police for alleged crimes.

I have advised the IRS and FBI that I believe Gianelli has engaged in serious criminal witness intimidation, criminal witness tampering, stalking, harassment, etc.  His excuse sounds like something a third grader would come up with.

This list includes the young couple who welcomed you into their home near Boulder, the owner of a paralegal firm who stupidly gave you a job in Santa Monica in early 2010, and the woman friend of Eric Salter who hired you on at a yaght company in Florida.

Jim Goudarzi, as it turned out, did not have a paralegal firm.  It was a scam and I have addressed this with various agencies - including the FBI and IRS.  The man unlawfully represented himself to clients as a lawyer.  But, the main issue there was what I was witnessing with respect to Goudarzi and his partners with respect to a money laundering matter the Secret Service was investigating that relates to the Iranian Regime.  And that's precisely why I copied the IRS, FBI, DOJ, and Treasury on all my communications with and about Jim Goudarzi.  I also provided them with evidence and conveyed information that I gathered with respect to this matter.  And then, there is the other Iranian matter where Goudarzi and his ex-pal were battling out legal issues while I was hearing (from Goudarzi) that this man was sending millions of dollars illegally to Iran.  I then resigned because I could not believe what was going on here.  The Scientist also drew the same conclusions that I drew about Goudarzi.  Goudarzi stupidly opened an unlawful paralegal firm and deceived people.  Normally, people are prosecuted for that type of conduct and issues having to do with Iran are very serious matters right now since our government is concerned about nuclear weapons.  But, Gianelli thinks any crime is just fine.  That's why I know he's a lying lawyer.  And, I have uncovered evidence that he has targeted at least one other individual - an attorney in Napa who is evidently a pillar of the community.  Gianelli is clearly the scum of the earth.  

As for the young couple.  Her mother worked for a law firm and had removed the daughter from their care.  Child Services, based on a hearing with the mother and a judge's order, was coming for an inspection.  I left a note for this young woman advising her that I was concerned.  They had just brought the young man's son into their home.  They have a drug problem that involves fentanyl and other pain killers.  They left fentanyl patches out within reach of the child.  They smoked in bed while high and the bed clothes were burned.  These are two examples of what I witnessed here.  Their employers had problems with them as well.  I stayed there for approximately one week and was on the phone with my friend Duane most evenings.  Duane works for a news media gathering agency in Canada.  What ultimately unfolded is my placing a call to the police department who, in turn, decided - without advising me - to do a welfare check.  That was a very wise decision on the part of the police department.  Child endangerment is just fine with Stephen Gianelli and his gangster crowd.  

Gianelli does not know Eric Salter who did consult an attorney about this man's conduct and the USPS Inspector advised me that they have opened up a criminal investigation into Gianelli which he seems to think is amusing.  I provided them with evidence.  I have no idea if the woman is a friend of Salter's or not and I could care less.  I reported her to no one and hope she finds the help she needs.  I did, however, file a criminal complaint with the Ft. Lauderdale police department re. Gianelli's criminal harassment and Eric Salter gave the police officer his version of events as well.
