Thank you for contacting me.  It sounds awful.  Were you involved with a celebrity?  I'm assuming that's why Threat Management would be involved.  In my case, Detective Viramontes/LAPD (in all fairness) has been professional with me.  Leonard Cohen and his lawyers lied to LAPD about me, Cohen's tax fraud, the fact that he owes me millions, his withholding of IRS tax documents I'm owed, etc.  So, my issue is not with Threat Management.  Had Viramontes/LAPD behaved unprofessionally it would be but that's not the case.  The City Attorney has serious problems here.  My Deputy City Attorney lied through her teeth.  There is a ton of perjured testimony.  My lawyer is attempting to deal with the prosecutorial misconduct now.  Leonard Cohen perjured himself with respect to Phil Spector.  He testified that Phil held a gun to his head but wrote the DCA that Phil held a gun to his neck.  The prosecutors in Phil Spector's matter used a version of a gun to the chest.  The prosecutor concealed this email, evidence that Cohen's statements were used against Phil Spector by his prosecutors, and she lied about the IRS and tax information I am entitled to.  I worked for Phil Spector and I was Cohen's personal manager for approximately 17 years.  The District Attorney (who prosecuted Phil Spector who I know is innocent) was involved in my intent to annoy trial.  The DA had his investigator hanging out and lunching with Cohen and his lawyers.  It was revolting to see this man in court while Leonard Cohen testified about Phil Spector. Apparently, his lies about Phil Spector annoy him.  Either that or I was targeted over Phil Spector and they attemnpted to keep Cohen credible.

How was Judge Vanderet connected to your case?  The man essentially sabotaged my defense.  He refused to permit Agent Tejeda/IRS to take the stand while Cohen lied about evidence I had just discovered when the DCA handed my lawyers an IRS binder. 

There's a reason a movie exists called LA Confidential.  I feel as I am featured in that.  I'd love more details about your case.  What sentencing memo?  Mine or yours?  The DCA tried to have me drugged and committed.  She simply [LIED] and said I wrote as though I know one of Phil Spector's lawyers.  I have never seen anything like this woman in my entire life.  She was gushing on her cell phone about celebrity Leonard Cohen; lying; eliciting perjured testimony, misstating and distorting facts and evidence.  I think she wanted to sabotage the IRS and me for Leonard Cohen.

Actually, you could. The city attorney is beyond vile as are many many judges in L.A.I have zero faith in thier rulings or that any of the convicted are one bit guilty. I stood trial for 12 days. A kangaroo trial. Still, the judge was not evil and after 2 years all 7 charges were either dropped by the prosecutors, or acqitted by the judge. So rare it's amazing. But, I was still so so screwed. I was financially and emotionally decimated, jailed, searched, so much more. All due to  the TMU's complete corruption. I never did a thing, and they knew it from the start. Massive amounts of evidence to support that.
 I recently read the c.a's sentencing motion and that too is incredible if considering what I've learned. I am currently working with a Melissa Balin on seeing to it that such things are exposed etc. Google her and Judge Jessner for some small idea.
It is out of control. Would love to talk more.
