To the FBI,

I just phoned Agent Wynar/Oakland FBI about the Leonard Cohen insanity
that relates to (obviously) Phil Spector's matter (and the new version
of the gun story that is inconsistent with the version of events the
Spector prosecutors used) and Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli's ongoing
harassment of me.  This man has been obsessed with me since
approximately May/June 2009.  Nikhil and I discussed this and an
alleged email was introduced - by the DCA (Cohen began testifying) -
that related to a potential NAMBLA member.  That individual would have
been Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli.  I view any male adult stranger -
targeting a minor child of mine - as a potential predator.  All
parents should.  That opened the door for testimony about Gianelli
and, as I just advised Agent Wynar/FBI, he should have received a
subpoena or provided me with an Affidavit.

P.S.  The cyber-terrorists are out.  Cohen and Kory apparently think
Sanneka can argue their IRS problems.  The refund in no way resolves
Cohen's criminal tax fraud.  It proves he further defrauded the U.S.
government, however.  I have been clear - this man will attempt to
benefit from his criminal tax fraud.  I will call Agent Tejeda/IRS
later today.  I have things I am working on right now.  I also have
excellent witnesses who know I don't have mental health or alcohol
problems - either before or after the unconscionable arrest.  The IRS
and FBI are in receipt of Ann Diamond's emails confirming that she and
Guttman discussed the fact that Lorca Cohen told her classmates that
her father molested her.  I'll contact Ann Diamond later.  I also want
to speak with Steven Machat about his views on certain legal issues.
He is not only an attorney - he is an accountant - and he absolutely
intends to sue both Cohen and Kory.  Agent Sopko, at the very least,
could have provided me with a declaration that would totally impeach
Kory's lies about her.  The same is true for Agent Bill Betzer/IRS who
advised me to report the tax fraud to the IRS Fraud Hotline and then
told me to bring it into the IRS with a lawyer.  I never saw an ad
advising me to report my employer.  THAT is perjury.  These people are
bald-faced liars and these are provable lies so one must wonder - WHAT
are they attempting to accomplish?  Well, as Boies Schiller previously
advised me - Cohen is going into court to prove that he personally
committed criminal tax fraud.  I think his testimony at my trial helps
prove that.  He knows what a K1 is and yet LC Investments, LLC has not
rescinded the criminal and illegal K1s I received for the years 2004
and 2005.  Cohen has taken the position that I had $0 income from LCI
in the year 2004, via this K1, and yet the expense ledger (that has no
assets, shows no income - although Cohen testified it contained "Dear
Heather" data and is clearly obsessed with the ledger since he
repeatedly testified about it) lists income for the year 2004.  It
lies about it being "overpayments."  See non-revocable assignments,
corporate books and records, notarized documents, etc.  The usual
suspects are out in full force and effect.  I asked for, and received,
a mental health evaluation.  My lawyers and I know what I was told.  I
also know that the evaluation proves that Streeter attemped to
endanger my welfare with her and Baca's recommendations.  My lawyer is
aware of this and I have asked him to bring this to the attention of
the judge.  I have no mental health issues.  I have no alcohol issues.
 Cohen tampered with the volume and speed of the sound recordings that
cannot be dated.  The Scientist will review those files.  This will be
addressed on appeal and it is evidence tampering which is criminal.
