To the IRS and FBI,

I called the City Attorney's office back.  I want to speaek to Sill
Revera, the supervisor I was transferred to with respect to my
complaints about Sandra Jo Streeter, her lies, concealment, etc.  I
left message in general mailbox 10/18 at 11:05 AM.  They do not answer
their phone.  In this message, I addressed the fact that Streeter
accused me of calling Cohen a child molester when, in fact, there is
evidence (and Cohen knows this personally) that Ann Diamond spoke to
Freda Guttman - who informed Diamond that Lorca Cohen told her
classmates at Concordia that her father molested her.  I also left, as
part of the message, details about the fact that Traditional Holdings
had millions in assets.  I have a letter from Kory - to my lawyers -
asking if Cohen's loans will be forgiven. T he answer is no.  Neither
will his transaction fees.  I also addressed the fact that Cohen had
recently received $1 million advance for "Dear Heather," and informed
Revera that my accountant met with Cohen's accountant and was told
that Prins did not have the corporate back-up documents, etc. to do a
forensic accountant.  Revera should now be clear that this is an
expense ledger that does not list assets, valuations, and most
certainly does not list income from "Dear Heather" as Cohen testified.
Judges evidently don't like Streeter and do not believe she
understands the law.  I was told that by at least three different
attorneys and I witnessed that when she and Cohen lied in the bail
hearing.  She did not understand how to admit evidence.  This woman
cannot speak for the IRS.  The refund in no way addresses the
allegations that were brought to the IRS and the evidence that was
provided.  I also informed Revera that Streeter knows that a default
judgment does not prove the merits of the case.  This was discussed
with my attorneys.  It proves a one-sided story and was procured by
fraud, perjury, and lies.  The same is true for the restraining
orders.  Cohen and Kory's actions with respect to Ann Diamond, and
what was going on in reality, prove that they were seriously upset by
her draft article for Rolling Stone, our emails - including the email
Kory attached to his threat letter (to Doron Weinberg), and then Ann
Diamond's publicly posting that draft article.  The chronology exists.
Leonard Cohen testified that he flew into Boulder to obtain a
restraining order because he thought I would attend his concert.
Well, I didn't attend his concert so that was a lie.  Leonard Cohen
needs to submit to a psychiatric exam that takes into consideration
his paranoia, drug abuse, alcohol problems, and long term psychiatric
issues involving violent mental states - as he himself has publicly
noted.  Leonard Cohen has a lot of nerve insisting that anyone has
mental health issues.  You should see him up close and personal.  It
is frightening.  Check out Armelle Brusq's documentary, focus on his
mouth, and you will understand that he did not lie to me when he
advised me that he was on prescription meth.  I also made some of
those appointments and saw the bottles of pharmaceuticals.  The fact
that this man testified that I assailed his reputation over drugs
speaks volumes about how easily he will lie.  This is publicly
documented and the Montreal Gazette, Guardian, etc. are noting that
his nickname was "Captain Mandrax."  Steven Machat's film shows Cohen
on acid in Israel.  Steven seemed disgustted that Cohen wanted to
start a riot.

Let's talk about Leonard Cohen and obscenities - "Give me crack and
anal sex."  I will now compile examples of his work that are violent,
obscene, and revolting.  In fact, as I have said, a young woman from
Kelly Services told him in no uncertain terms that she (a Christian
woman) felt she was being asked to read pornography when she was
working on "Stranger Music" with us and was reviewing "Beautiful
Losers."  Leonard Cohen is a fraud.  Make no mistake about that.  Just
look at his testimony.  And now, check out the activity on the
internet at Blogonaut's Law Blog.  Walsh is arguing that the refund
closed the IRS case?  Well, that sums things up.  Is Jihad Gianelli
hiding behind a woman now?  These people are dangerously unstable and
definitely appear to have motive.
