Howard,
What about Baby Doll Gibson and Cooley's campaign contributors? Also, do you think Fidler leveled the playing field? We all know, as you publicly stated, how "embarrassed" they were over OJ, Blake, etc. I don't like watching an innocent man be set up - do you, Howard? What do you think jurors will think about the fact that Clarkson ATE her childhood horse - surrounded by people, like her parents, on acid? Any thoughts, Howard?

I didn't let Varinsky know that you were slandered over this matter - by Sprocket, Blaine, Jihad Gianelli, etc. and that relates to "Mick Brown." I wonder why Paul Huebl thought Juror #9 was all over Sprocket's site and the DA was all over his Blog? Maybe Howard knows.

P.S. You MUST watch Baby Doll Gibson's videos. The DA's campaign contributors were in her "book."

I'm the woman that reported Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud to the IRS. It seems as though the DA wants to keep him credible. Laughable thought. Even my Norwegian roommates figured out that Alan Jackson/DA's office was connected to Stephen Gianelli/Blogonaut's Law Blog. That's why they did a presentation re. Social Media, the Phil Spector trials, and the targeting of me, at UC Berkeley. It's all extremely transparent to ordinary humans. What did the jurors hear that I (we) didn't?

Hi Mr. Riordan,
Howard wants to know who I am. I thought he might have some "insights" into the jurors behavior and these blogs.

Well, I was a manager in the music industry for approximately 17 years. I worked for Phil Spector's attorney/manager who died in 1988 and then began working for Mr. Spector and another artist Marty Machat (music industry attorney I worked for) represented. At certain moments in time, I was extremely close with Phil Spector, his ex-wife, and their children, and others - like Paul Shaffer, Marvin Mitchelson, Doc Pomus, etc.
In any event, I live with some students doing their master's work at UC Berkeley. They were commenting on the social media aspect of Phil Spector's trials also and we all agreed that this may have had an effect on jurors. I thought you could give me some insight into what you feel the influence of these types of blogs can be on jurors or potential jurors. I've read that Judge Larry Fidler thought the jurors were probably on the internet. One thing people have repeatedly noted is the vitriol and hatred with respect to Phil Spector and these blogs, bloggers, and commenters. It does indeed seem extreme and doesn't resemble Phil Spector in any way whatsoever. I've also socialized extensively with Phil Spector; spent time with him - over the years - at his home and in public. I also attended the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame event when he was inducted - as his guest - which was quite the honor. So that's a bit about me.
Thank you.

Hello Howard,
I am writing a book on Phil Spector, his trials, and other related issues. I have known Phil Spector for over 25 years and worked for him, on and off, from 1988 until approximately 2002. I've been studying the social media aspect of this case - including blogs. It appears to me that certain blogs are affiliated with (if not the mouthpiece for) the Los Angeles District Attorney and the Clarkson family. That would include Sprocket's trial & Tribulations; The Darwin Exception; Michelle Blaine's various blogs; Stephen Gianelli's Blogonaut Law Blog; and others. Individuals affiliated with these Blogs also appear to descend on message boards and comment relentlessly on articles all over the internet. It seems as though this is a highly organize campaign. It also appears, from what I have studied, that Juror #9 from the 1st Spector trial may have been affiliated with Alan Jackson or Sprocket and her blog prior to the verdict. It was brought to my attention, by an investigator, that Sprocket is the mouthpiece for Donna Clarkson (the decedent's mother).
I was wondering if you would care to comment on this activity from your perspective as an expert and adviser to the Los Angeles District Attorney.
Thank you.
