Mr. Riordan and Mr. Cutler,

The criminal stalker known as Stephen Gianelli has included the two of you in his latest harassing email attempting to elicit information for Leonard Cohen.  This man terrorized my sons for seven straight years, lies about me constantly, and is also harassing Paulette Brandt over many issues - including Leonard Cohen, IRS, federal tax matters, and Phil Spector.  I am well aware of the fact that neither of you represents me.  I am also aware of the fact that you represent or represented Phil Spector.  I would like to point out that this criminal Gianelli may have found a "sympathetic ear" with Alan Jackson about me; worked in tandem with Michelle Blaine to target my blogs/email accounts; uses monikers like Kelly Green (see Darwin Exception where he posts in 2007 that he HATES Bruce Cutler); appears to have consulted with Gary and Louis Spector; believes Pat Dixon feared for his life over Eminem's song "Puke" and Jackass feared for his life over Eminem's song "Love the Way You Lie," etc.  He represents Leonard Cohen's legal issues, has attempted to infiltrate matters (such as the IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office re. my Tax Court Petition); was advised by Michelle Rice to continue harassing me (because it makes her "rich as fuck"); was advised by Robert Kory to bcc him on the harassing emails; and worked with the City Attorney to target me.  The City Attorney then used this situation as an opportunity to put Leonard Cohen on the witness stand and elicit testimony about Phil Spector and a gun while concealing evidence related to IRS Commissioner's Staff, Cohen's willful failure to provide me with tax information, and other issues that annoy Leonard Cohen.  For example, Cohen is evidently annoyed that he exposed his "penis" to me which is normally known as indecent exposure.  

My email to Derrick Sanders/Appellate Division was not a private communication.  It was sent to the Appellate Division addressing further lies submitted by Cohen and his army of professionals to that Court.  This does not give the criminal stalker the right to harass me and/or others.  My emails are not "crackpot emails."  The email to Derrick Sanders addressed fraud with respect to the request for an extension of time filed with the Appellate Division.  I am not difficult to reach but Lascher appears to be another liar with a bar degree.

What the tribunals Gianelli has referred to should understand:  their credibility is at issue due to the fact that they condone the use of fraud, perjury, and misconduct to obtain judgments, verdicts, and orders.  Gianelli does not speak for everyone on my "list" but would like to know what people on my "list" think.  This criminal stalker doesn't know me and therefore has no idea if I am friendly with people like Kevin Huvane and Bryan Lourd for example.  It is quite clear that LA Superior Court, etc. have exposed me to criminals, gold diggers, con artists, and other unsavory characters.

My email to Derrick Sanders/Appellate Division does not involve you.  You do indeed represent Cohen's legal interests and have harassed me and others for years over Leonard Cohen, IRS, and so forth.  I don't take the words of a man who terrorized my sons for seven straight years as truthful and you, Kory & Rice appear to be engaged in some type of cover-your-ass operation although you have repeatedly, and recently, attempted to elicit information about my communications/meetings with IRS.  

The request for an extension of time was not the issue.  The fraudulent statement that I am difficult to contact with respect to a "stipulation" was the issue.   That issue does not go to the merits of the "fraud upon the court" appeal but it most certainly does indicate that Cohen and his attorneys-of-record will and do lie to the Court.  And, they submit altered Court Orders to the Court as well.  My email to Derrick Sanders did not address "tax fraud" so I will view your statement as a further attempt to elicit information about the allegations that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud.  I will copy who I want on my emails documenting everything that has unfolded since reporting those allegations to IRS and other tax authorities.

The person who I believe sounds like a nut is Leonard Cohen.  That would explain why he fantasizes about men (like Phil Spector or Castro's forces) holding guns on him; thinks exposing his penis to a female colleague is a "dating relationship;" lied on the stand about my blaming him for Rutger's horrific accident; inserted himself into Ray's coordinated custody matter; and generally feels free to perjure himself, steal from others, and so forth.

Advising the Court that Cohen and his lawyers are lying to them is not wasting the Court's time.  Condoning fraud, perjury, and lies wastes taxpayers resources and turns the court system into a mockery of justice.

Cease and desist, criminal.
