Senate Judiciary,
I am preparing a letter to the members of the Senate Committee on Finance regarding the ongoing use of a fraudulent state court default judgment that has permitted Leonard Cohen to claim fraudulent tax refunds, alter previously filed corporate returns (Traditional Holdings), cause me to pay taxes on corporations based on tax forms issued to me, etc. I will also address the use of fraudulent restraining orders to prevent me from requesting and obtaining IRS required tax and corporate information Cohen is obligated to provide me. I intend to send a copy of this letter to each member of the Finance Committee. I find it outrageous that IRS would not notify me that my identifying information was being used in connection with nearly $1 million in fraudulent tax refunds that have been used to extricate Cohen from his Tax Fraud Scheme.
I also intend to address the VAWA funding fraud in connection with the domestic violence order LA Superior Court assigned me although there is not domestic violence and the Colorado order, issued without findings, was not a domestic violence order.
I personally find LA Superior Court's lack of any form of remedies utterly pathetic and predictable. I also find their scam default judgment program, assistance with theft and extortion, to be the antithesis of a justice system. I personally believe that the City Attorney's Office and LA Superior Court should be audited over their VAWA funding fraud. I also wonder how many people are victims of this court's default judgment scam program. How many people do you believe were able to address this issue through an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court? The last party may have actually been Hazel-Atlas so clearly that is not a remedy.
