IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

This insane email from my stalker is evidence of how obsessed he is.  The man is evidently making some type of travel arrangements - that involves him and his "wife" - and managed to copy me in.  I have never seen such absurd conduct in my life.

I am writing my answer re. Karina Von Watteville's baseless, retaliatory, extortionate lawsuit.  See attached.  This is how I intend to set forth what actually unfolded.  Point by point.  I am going to explain to the Court precisely what unfolded with Von Watteville, Robert Kory, Stephen Gianelli, etc.  Also, the harassment on the part of Gianelli and Von Watteville re. Leonard Cohen, federal tax matters, Phil Spector, and so forth.  I am submitting a declaration that will also be submitted to IRS, FBI, and DOJ.

Rather than have several lines of communication going I am sending this to you only.

We already sent you a scanned copy of my Greek driver’s license (I informed you Katerina does not drive) + our passports + my Greek Residency Card, + a copy of the face page from our joint tax return with our Greek residence address on it AND our social security numbers, so why are we sending this information AGAIN? Didn’t you forward this information you requested already? Please clarify.

We have no children.

Also, Louis’ second email to you says the seller is booking her tickets as soon as Louis confirms the closing date and that she now plans on being there for the closing. Setting aside the fact that we have already purchased NON-REFUNDABLE airline tickets roundtrip from Crete to SJD Airport (departing June 9, with an overnight in Atlanta), are we no longer being allowed to stay in the unit from or arrival on June 10 through the closing?

All of this seems disorganized and contrary to what we previously understood (more surprises).

I need the attached form filled out for you and Katerina– this form does not need to be signed, so it can be filled out in word on your computer, or by hand as long as the information is completely legible. Once complete please send back along with the scanned drivers license and a copy of a recent utility bill. (if you already filled a KYC form for another person involved in this transaction please let me know and I will take the information I need from that KYC “know you client form”)

I recommend that you appoint substitute beneficiaries; for example your children. And if is ok I will appoint you and Katerina substitute beneficiaries in case someone decease; and your children as second substitute beneficiaries; is that ok? Please send me copies of the passports of the Substitute beneficiaries.

Pursuant to written instructions from Louis in your office, we wired the $5,500 into escrow at AMX Title, LLC, which wire was received by AMX Title, LLC 3-days ago,  on April 26, 2016 at 10:07 AM CT as established by the attached “Wire Confirmation Report #2” transmitted to us by the escrow holder.

By separate wire we transmitted the initial deposit via wire into escrow earlier that same day. (See the attached “Wire Confirmation Report”.)
