What does the criminal stalker have in mind this morning? First of all, Phil Spector's divorce. That's because he is moonlighting for the Spector prosecutors. That would explain why he argued prosecution theories online, works in tandem with Ed Lozzi, worked with Michelle Blaine to target my blogs, helped the City Attorney falsely arrest me on two occasions, has dialogues with his own monikers (Kelly Green, etc.), and so forth. What's the criminal's interest in Phil Spector's divorce? I would assume it's Phil Spector's money. In any event, this is between Phillip and Rachelle Spector and has nothing to do with "Gianelli" although he certain is desperate for information.
I will file an answer to KVW's fraudulent, baseless, and extortionate lawsuit. She raised the fact that someone - it's unclear - accused her of targeting the estate of an elderly man. Therefore, the Sam Menning case is material and that would include her use of his credit card the day of his death and the day after. Obviously, an answer will be filed.
My RICO suit was filed and I have provided IRS, FBI, and DOJ with the case number and Complaint.
The criminals certainly know how the system works. Essentially, the ambulance chasing crowd understand how to procure fraud default judgments, dime a dozen restraining orders, and then argue about fee waivers. If the Court doesn't accept the Complaint as is, that will not be the end of the situation. Ultimately, if necessary, I will sue the IRS for relying on a state court judgment procured by fraud. The TH federal tax returns will also be at issue.
Why would a federal court give any type of preclusive effect to judgments, verdicts, and orders obtained by fraudulent means? I don't see the probation violation in my RICO suit but the City/County will when I file a RICO suit against them. Gianelli's arguments go to motive.
