Hello Senate Judiciary,
An insane amount of harassment is taking place and it's far more pervasive than you can imagine. Nevertheless, it's the usual suspects. I had lunch with a friend today and stopped by his office to print a draft of my RICO suit. I want to make sure you read this. I think it's relatively well argued for someone who is not a RICO expert. I have informed the Court about some of the RICO cases I've relied on. I'm also attaching my Mail & Wire Fraud Schedule. I think this gives a good, solid overview although there's far, far more.
I'm almost read to file this document and, once I do, I intend to mail a copy to Senate Grassley. I will also reiterate my question: why am I in receipt of a memorandum clearly confirming that Cohen and his representatives failed to report $8 million gross income re. the 2001 TH corporate return; why am I a partner on the federal tax returns: why does the Complaint before LA Superior Court confirm that state returns weren't filed either; why was Leonard Cohen permitted to transmit that Complaint to IRS and file/amend his tax returns and apply for and receive fraudulent tax refunds - using my identification information? Those are just some of my questions.
I see someone from the U.S. House of Representatives was on my blog. Kelly Green is, of course, Stephen Gianelli. I have seen no evidence that Agent Tejeda exonerated anyone and I will reiterate - I didn't handle corporate, tax, IRS, legal, financial, or investment matters. I was clear about that with Cohen/Westin in February 2002 email that LA Superior Court has sealed. I will enclose that email for Senator Grassley. It also confirms my concern about the $1 million and $7 million inadvertent 1099s. I want to ask Senate Grassley if he personally believes fraud upon the Tax Court is a "frivolous" matter and why the 9th Circuit might feel that way.
On a separate note, I want Senate Grassley to understand that if LA Confidential wants to assign me a dating relationship, and engage in VAWA funding fraud, I would prefer it to be someone like Ron Burkle or David Geffen. I'm not interested in being assigned a dating relationship with a man who believes he was a participant in CIA's MK Ultra and who fantasizes about men holding guns on him, Canadian poet Leonard Cohen.
