I intend to address these lies about me transmitted to IRS, FBI, and DOJ by a man representing Cohen's legal interests to this day. I do NOT know "Stephen Gianelli" who terrorized my sons for over six straight years. Corporate accounts are not Leonard Cohen's personal accounts. That is an alter ego, self dealing, money laundering argument. Cohen sexually harassed me. He exposed his "penis" to me. That's beyond unprofessional. I wasn't attracted to Cohen - whether he's flawed or not. LA Superior Court wrongfully assigned me a "dating relationship" with a man who destroyed my life. I wasn't in over my head in the fall of 2004. Cohen withheld commissions due me, stole my share of IP, stole my share of these entities - while they were suspended - via default in a matter I was not served.
I have a memorandum confirming that Cohen/Kory offered me 50% community property. I have other evidence as well. The January 2005 memorandum Kory sent, copying in Ira Reiner and Kevin Prins, confirms that Cohen and his representatives failed to report $8 million in income on the TH returns. It confirms that they shifted income to me that was not distributed. It falsely accuses Cohen's representatives of committing fraud in the inducement. It is replete with fraudulent misrepresentatives and slander. That's how Cohen, Kory & Rice operate. I am now exposed to low life hustlers, grifters, gold diggers, and others over this insanity.
Additionally, Karina Von Watteville phoned Robert Kory, after receiving Paulette Brandt's rental demand letter and my CEASE AND DESIST emails re. her slander, and he advised her to sue me. This was repeated to witnesses and the mediator in the Small Claims case. Gianelli then ended up representing KVW and defrauded Paulette Brandt of $6,700. KVW has now, at Gianelli's suggestion, filed a baseless, fraudulent lawsuit against me that more than like is an attempt to extort money and defame us. She failed to file a proof of service, has not made one attempt to serve us, and she and Gianelli have now harassed me and my a very old friend of mine, an excellent attorney I worked for in my very early 20s and practitioner before federal court. Gianelli DEMANDED that Jules Zalon tell him what his legal positions are re. vacating fraudulently obtained judgments and confirm whether or not he represents me.
For the record, the following is NOT a defense to any of the outstanding legal matters between me and Cohen. I have been advised by reliable sources that Leonard Cohen views me in the same light that Hitler (in this video) viewed Eva Braun. LA Superior Court and the City Attorney consider this a "dating relationship." I think that speaks volumes about the individuals I have been targeted by.
Every lie transmitted to you in this email, Senate Judiciary, etc. is being submitted to the federal court. Cohen can then target my fee waiver ... We'll see what the Court does.
