Mr. Fabian,
I'm reviewing evidence for my RICO case. The IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, Senate Judiciary, etc. were sent the latest draft last night. I want to address the proxy communications with parties like yourself about Leonard Cohen. These communications have transmitted lies, fraud, and slander to IRS Chief Trial Counsel's Office, etc. I was never over-extended, do not have substance abuse issues, and calling me names - such as slut, crack addict, etc. is unacceptable. The City Attorney continued to slander me. I stole nothing. Leonard Cohen is the individual with the long and publicly documented history of alcohol and drug abuse. I haven't seen this man in 10 years except when he has to perjure himself on the witness stand or send his lawyers to present further fraud upon the court. This is well documented.
I was not served Cohen's lawsuit. In the alternative, Cohen and his lawyers (Kory & Rice) decided to submit fraudulent applications for tax refunds using my identifying information and the fabricated Complaint, fraudulent expense ledger, etc.
I intend to drop the RICO suit off to you when it's filed. The Court will evidently have to prove the RICO suit due to my "fee waiver." I take issue with that situation. Wealthy and their lawyers may submit fraudulent, perjured documents to courts throughout this country and people without financial resources are held to a higher stand? How bizarre.
