CIA,

This man is positively out of his mind.  His client, Karina Von Watteville, attends the food bank.  I don't.  I don't really see the problem with churches helping the less fortunate.  In fact, in my religion, it's mandatory.  I've seen that CIA helps as well which I think is an excellent idea.

The shameless, middle class fraud from Napa Valley doesn't like this neighborhood?  It was good enough for John Gotti's brother, Bill, who had an excellent restaurant here.for years.  The prices became too high.  Gianelli likes to talk about Bruce Cutler and even writes about him using monikers such as "Kelly Green."  Gianelli has written Investigate Frayeh today - lying to him.  I don't know why why he insists upon writing and contacting Investigator Frayeh.  I hope he was accurate in the statements he conveyed to me and Alan Hootnick the other night.  Gianelli seems to think I don't have the ability to subpoena anyone.  He also wrote, about KVW's retaliatory lawsuit, that it's okay to conceal information in complaints.  I've never heard that.  Not one lawyer I've worked for or with, as a personal manager, has ever told me that.  This is a crowd of default judgment ambulance chasing lawyers into "gutter service."  And, they're proud of it.

The man who more than likely wrote a vicious, slanderous email about me and Oliver Stone (the "bloody stump (email) will be staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel or Bel Air Hotel.  I think he wants information about Phil Spector when he mentions those hotels.  I've spent plenty of time with Phillip at those hotels, Spago, etc.  

He's amused.  He writes me as a Sheepdog and attempts to infiltrate and elicit information.  He routinely lies to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, ICE, Senate Judiciary, etc.  The man views himself as "immune."  He also evidently has "mafia" connections.

If I am ever in LA again, I'll be bunking at the Beverly Hills Hotel or the Bel Air Hotel (two old favorites) and dining at old standbys like Spago, Animal, Mélisse, Providence, and Maude.

Seriously doubt I would be caught dead in your neighborhood. Sorry. I'm not much of a soup kitchen or food bank volunteer.
