Steven Machat,

I've just written Jules Zalon about Gianelli's email to him re. my motion for terminating sanctions.  Would you be willing to send me the original email Gianelli sent you slandering me horrendously?  Gianelli quotes you extensively in his harassing emails, online posts, a slanderous article he emails to third parties such as the Scientist, etc.  I am finalizing my RICO suit against Cohen and want to attach that as evidence.

For the record, your father specifically hired me because, as he said, I am not a "groupie."  You wrote that I accepted Cohen's settlement offer of 50%.  I have never accepted any such settlement and felt it was illegal to ask me to provide false testimony against his representatives.  In any event, my lawyers put the offer of 50% in writing and they and my accountant were present for the meeting where the offer was made.  I had my appellate attorney phone my former accountant.  

Gianelli's "client," Karina Von Watteville," has evidently just sued me and Paulette Brandt.  She moved in here at the recommendation of P's former roommate years ago in NYC.  The woman's brother owned Record Plant.  What did KVW do once P. sent her a rent demand letter?  Phoned Robert Kory.  He told her to sue me.  Gianelli then ended up representing KVW in P's Small Claims matter.  I view this situation as extremely serious.  

Let me know if I can have a copy of the original email Gianelli sent you.  I don't know have a copy any longer.

Jules,

I am reviewing evidence for my RICO suit that will be filed against Cohen and other parties.  Stephen Gianelli, a Bay Area lawyer, has stalked and harassed me for years.  He has terrorized Rutger, Ray, Karen, my elderly parents, and everyone in my life for approximately 7 straight years.  He is most definitely Cohen's co-conspirator and appears to be connected to the Spector prosecutors.  That is not relevant here but just informational.  What is relevant is this email Gianelli sent you after you provided me with a letter for Judge Hess.  I am asking if you will forward me the entire email.  What is his interest in my "fraud upon teh court motion" and why did he contact you?  Those are questions I have.

I have never said you agree with my case or anything else.  I am convinced that you would never fail to serve someone, lie in court documents and under oath, engage in these types of malicious tactics, or destroy someone's life.  That's just how I feel.

I've copied my stalker in.  He has a client, Karina Von Watteville, who just sued me and my roommate.  She contacted Cohen's lawyers after receiving Paulette's rent demand letter.  He told her to sue me and she then ended up represented by Gianelli.  That's a serious issue in my mind.

Please let me know if you will send me Gianelil's original email to you.  This man is absolutely insane.  He targeted every single witness who provided me with a declaration.
