I've received your package with your designation of record in the fraud judgment renewal matter. I was not served a copy of any order "lodged" in this case on January 28, 2014. I was, as you know, falsely imprisoned over the fraudulent domestic violence order issue. I addressed this issue with Korn. More service problems. The suspended corporations remain in the fraud judgment renewal and,as you know, that is illegal because BMT and TH are both suspended and their property cannot be transferred to Cohen even if he continues to argue self-dealing and alter ego.
