You have a funny idea
of justice. This has been going on since May 2009. I have no doubt
that it was planned and Spector was inserted into it. In any event, you were
able to prove that Cohen now has three versions of his Spector gun story before
LA Superior Court and perjured himself over April 18, 2011 email to the IRS
COMMISSIONER'S STAFF. That was concealed however.
This is a cover your
ass operation. People are commenting on how shady and dirty this
is. Leonard Cohen condones this conduct. This is how he
operates. His lawyers are getting RICH.
Why would I want to
hear about Rice's case before the SDNY? I worked on hundreds of them
there.
Lying about federal
tax matters is acceptable? Where did you get your jurisdiction?
Seems to be a huge problem with LA Superior Court including with respect to the
ILLEGAL SEIZURE of corporate records, etc. Raoul Felder got it in one
second with Fernandez standing there. Why? Because he's an
excellent attorney.
As I asked Fernandez:
Is everyone in California assisting Leonard Cohen with his tax
fraud? The judgment is evidence of theft. The corporations were and
remain suspended. I didn't understand Rice's argument about Richard
Westin which has nothing to do with me.
The VAWA funding fraud
will be addressed in federal court. You have the expectation of affection
with Cohen - NOT I. Sexual harassment and indecent exposure is not dating
regardless of what sycophants think. You will NOT be assigning me a
dating relationship with this fraud. Machat nailed that one.
His lawyers seem amused. I suppose that's why Rice encouraged Gianelli to harass and provoke me. People will take the stand in federal court.

I was indeed a counsel of record for my client, Project Playlist,
Inc., after Wilson Sonsini withdrew in 2009.
Your own printout in your email below shows Mr. Kramer as
"terminated" in 2009.
Given your purportedly exceptional legal skills, I can only assume
that your misstatement as to my representation of Project Playlist in the SDNY
litigation is intentionally and knowingly false and as such is defamatory per
se.
Your continued attempts to publicly defame and discredit me,
subsequent to my telling you in no uncertain terms as recently as July of
this year to cease your harassment of me and this law office should cease and
desist immediately.
Whatever continuing dispute you may have with Ms. Lynch is between
the two of you and should not involve me as Mr. Cohen's counsel.
As a lawyer of significant skills (according to you), I find it
interesting that you cannot resolve your own legal disputes with Ms. Lynch
without attempting to involve our office and continually attempting to
inappropriately intervene and insert yourself into Mr. Cohen's legal
matters.
Accordingly, please cease copying me in on emails that you send
to Ms. Lynch, who I observe has also repeatedly requested that you cease
your inappropriate interference and has even written me and my law
partner, Robert Kory, to request that you do so.
According to the California State Bar website you remain an
"active" member of the State Bar irregardless [sic regardless] of
your publicly holding yourself out as "retired." I

Wilson Sonsini withdrew because they feared a huge loss.
Michelle stepped in under protest, assembled a brilliant team of three firms,
fought back in major technical discovry, terabytes of data, developed a
computer model that caused counsel to record companies to fear loss, and to
settle on extremely favorable terms . She accomplished all this knowing that
her case was fundamentally flawed. Her clients were leading entrepreneurs
with net worth on the billions and could have been forced to pay massive
