Do you understand why New York lawyer, Bruce Cutler, has a California domestic violence related order that he didn't request?
Would you mind crossing Cutler's name off and reading my letters. This situation implicates the Confrontation Clause particularly as Cohen's statements, at the very least, were used in Spector prosecution motions that are readily available online. The Grand Jury testimony/transcripts would be BRADY MATERIAL. Why didn't the City Attorney provide me with that information? A federal court will have to answer that question. Michelle Rice must be proud of the Bruce Cutler DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RELATED ORDER. I cannot imagine why but I know Phil Spector and heard from him directly over this matter. Do you see anything harassing. Do you write your close friends "I trust you're well?" If not, you know that Streeter is a pathological liar with motive. This crosses an additional state line as it's in New York, was probably mailed to Cutler, and is further evidence of wire fraud.

Did you appreciate Rice lying to you in an email to me of February 14, 2011? Do you think I have to use LA Superior Court's discovery process for IRS required tax and corporate information? It's not the IRS website so it's an odd argument particularly as Hess was clear that he has no jurisdiction over IRS. He has jurisdiction over corporations not named in the lawsuit? Some are suspended. Some of have no minimal ties to California. Most are sham entities from my perspective. And then, the City Attorney used that while concealing the information about IRS required tax information. This is pre-meditated and Cooley's involved. Michelle Rice has Cutler's DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER online. I have no doubt that this issue is of interest to Phil Spector who might want to speak directly to Paulette about her views on Cohen and this situation. A federal court is going to read my emails to Cutler and see if they agree with the domestic violence quack and Streeter - that I should have been drugged and committed for attempting to notify Phil Spector about what was going on. Fortunately, my PD provided me (in August 2012) with your and Phillip's direct addresses. I also wrote IRS Commissioner's Staff to keep them apprised.
