Have the stalking experts at LAPD's TMU reviewed these declarations? Do they think the targeting of my son is acceptable? How about when Ray was a minor? Do they know that this criminal is not a sexual predator? The matter involves a celebrity so LAPD's TMU could take a look. They're experts, right? Perhaps it would be acceptable if it were their children? It's hard to know.
