Hi Mr. Riordan,

This ad has now been pulled from Craig's List.  This property is not Phil Spector's.  Very disturbing situation that demands a thorough investigation.  It is interesting that Louis Spector posted about this ad on his Facebook page.
It doesn't sound like Phil Spector's property to people who actually know him.

I do not know how ligit this is, someone sent it to me from Craigslist, but it seems Dad's things, property and record albums are being liquidated as of June 10th.
