I continue to be targeted over your declarations.  Thank you for the powers of attorney and having the courage to provide me with these declarations.  I wasn't served Leonard Cohen's lawsuit and the attempts to discredit me over this situation are unconscionable.

I want to comment on the ongoing slander on Truth Sentinel's site.  Stephen Gianelli has spent over six years, since hearing from Michelle Rice (Cohen's law firm), targeting me, my sons, family members,  I have copied some of those who have been targeted, including witnesses who provided me with declarations, because the situation is ongoing.

Leonard Cohen failed to serve me his summons & complaint.  I have now been falsely accused of submitting fabricated declarations to the Court when, in fact, each witness provided a limited power of attorney and I have now submitted their original signature pages to the Court.  I attach their declarations hereto.  Ann Diamond has also provided me with a declaration.  The attempts to silence me and discredit me are Herculian.

Ann Diamond and Paulette Brandt are now being targeted.  Every one of my witnesses has been harassed by Stephen Gianelli.  He has written them in an attempt to harass, slander, insult, and intimidate them.  Obviously, this individual (who is now sending me harassing emails under the alter ego "Mongochilil") is unstable, on someone's payroll, and desperate.

I have never said that every judge was corrupt.  There is massive fraud upon the Court.  I have filed a Motion for Terminating Sanctions.  The hearing is scheduled for June 23, 2015, and the harassment is taking place all over the internet; in emails; and Gianelli (after attempting to blackmail me into removing my blog), created a blog dedicated to slandering me.  He is also arguing Spector prosecution theories online.  As I have advised the Court, the Phil Spector case is not my business; I was not part of that matter; and he has competent attorneys who should be served if Mr. Spector is to be afforded his right to confront his accuser.  

Stephen Gianelli had a blog that I stumbled upon.  I posted comments.  Spector's former assistant, Michelle Blaine, was on that blog.  She and Gianelli then targeted my blogs and email accounts and had them shut down.  I have the evidence.

This is a highly coordinated campaign of cyber-terrorism, slander, and harassment.  I have advised Leonard Cohen's lawyers that they should stop lying about me - publicly and in court documents.  Instead, they came up with some insane argument that I fabricated declarations.  I did no such thing.

I never said I wasn't served the Boulder TRO.  Leonard Cohen flew into Colorado, in the midst of a European tour, a day after threatening to take legal action against Ann Diamond.  His motive was and remains to silence me.  My declaration, submitted to the Court, now looks like a CIA release with all the Cohen redactions.  

This email is simply to set the record straight as Gianelli is desperate, works as a proxy, and appears to be an unofficial member of Cohe'ns legal team.  I was not Leonard Cohen's lover and intend to file a motion to vacate the fraudulent "domestic violence' Order.  Cohen is now arguing that I disagree with that order because I am evidently jealous or mad at Michelle Rice.  I've received assistance from the Chief Justice's Office of the California Supreme Court and Judicial Council regarding this issue and Cohen's lawyers were never discussed so the argument is obscene.

The Complaint in the Cohen case is a defense to tax fraud.  It was used to obtain tax refunds that have now been challenged.  I would like to point out that while I have no substance abuse issues, Leonard Cohen has a long and publicly documented history of drug and alcohol abuse as well as psychiatric problems.  I am definitely dealing with misogynists.  No one at my house attempted to evade service.  I wasn't served and that worked beautifully for "Plaintiffs."

I am a lawyer of considerable experience and when Kelley Lynch first came to my attention I was actively researching and blogging about litigation related events. When Lynch started making her various claims about a star-struck and “corrupt” Los Angeles judiciary entering a “fraudulent” default judgment against her in 2006 and a “corrupt” judge in Colorado entering a “fraudulent” civil harassment order against her in 2008 I was instantly intrigued and investigated with an open mind. With regard to the 2006 Los Angeles default,  I downloaded from the court website – at my own expense -  the Complaint, the proof of service on Lynch, all of the documents supporting the default judgment, and the court minutes, orders, and judgment. 
What I learned is that far from acting as a rubber stamp to a request for judgment by a celebrity, I leaned that the file was in order, and the judgement well supported. Additionally, judge Freeman REDUCED Leonard Cohen’s requested judgment by $1M. 
Lynch also claimed at the time that the other judgments against her, including two additional Los Angeles money judgments and a Colorado judgment in the Agile litigation were “fraudulent” and that she “was never served” with those suits either. But what I learned is – as in the case of Cohen’s suit – three additional and different professional process servers also served a woman at Kelley Lynch’s residence in August of 2005 who answered the door but refused to give her name. These suits were all filed by different plaintiffs who were represented by different law firms – other than the law firm representing Leonard Cohen, and these three additional cases that Lynch dismissed as “fraudulent” were presided over by different judges, two additional judges in LA and a third federal judge (Louis Babcock) in Colorado. I concluded that the odds of all of these independent, professional process servers and law firms committing “fraud” and all of these different judges being “corrupt” were too farfetched, and the coincidence of all of this fraud and corruption befalling Kelley Lynch every time she was sued just too great to credit her “fraud” claims. 
The icing on the cake for me was when I obtained and read the hearing transcript from the September 2, 2008 proceeding in Colorado, wherein  Kelley Lynch had claimed in emails sent to me in 2009 that Judge Carolyn Enichen had “fraudulently” entered  a civil harassment restraining order against her in a proceeding in which she had not been served. 
To my shock and surprise, the transcript revealed that Kelley Lynch appeared at the hearing, and asked judge Enichen to dispense with the evidentiary hearing (which was Lynch’s right) and to simply issue the PERMANENT civil harassment restraining order that Cohen was requesting. Lynch then THANKED the judge for doing so! This was no “fraud” order, this was an order that Lynch herself requested. 
Therefore, any objective person would conclude that I bent over backwards to give Lynch the benefit of the doubt, that I went the extra mile in looking into her claims, but that her claims simply are not credible.
