I've filed the Reply. I have provided Judge Hess with the original signature pages of the witness declarations together with their letters to him. My declaration also updated the Court somewhat on the criminal harassment re. Cohen matters and the vile comments and blog posts on Gianelli's new blog.

I have advised Judge Hess that a separate hearing should be held regarding that matter and we should review each and every piece of evidence. I have also notified Judgge Hess that you've had him seal publicly available documents (including those I actually purchased through Pacer); and I've explained that I received your Objections re. the Judicial Notice issue yesterday and did not have to respond. I provided him (and you) with my general thoughts on the matter.
When Paulette returns, you will be served these documents formally together with conformed front page; signature pages of Paulette and my declarations; and, the proof of service. I believe that is all you will really require at that point.
